No app, no internet, no English. 467 calls anyway.

In July we merged Ghala and Ghala Rails into a single product.

What we are building with Snippe beyond payment links.

In our early I answered most of the customer calls myself and I still do it to some extent.

When we started Neurotech, the clean story was that we were building an AI company.

But it may have created a much bigger opportunity for those building real business infrastructure.

Building a WhatsApp bot is easy. Maintaining one as your business changes, your team changes, and your customers change that is the hard part. And that is the part nobody talks about.

We build AI products. But internally, we were still operating like a normal company that occasionally uses AI tools. There is a difference. This is the beginning of fixing that.

Most WhatsApp automation projects fail before the first message is sent. Not because the AI is bad. Not because the API is hard. Because people start in the wrong place.

Not because voice is new. Because it is old so ordinary that we stopped noticing how powerful it is. And now AI is about to make it the most important interface in business.

Snippe has now processed roughly TZS 600M. That number matters. But the number alone is not the story.
