When being able to handle everything becomes proof of who you are.

The things we say so automatically, we rarely stop to wonder what they’re telling us.

Sometimes the problem isn’t knowing what you want. It’s seeing what’s getting in the way.

When a plant starts to wilt, you don’t stand over it and say,

The rules I never remember agreeing to.

How becoming indispensable to everyone else slowly made me disappear from my own life.

What changes when we start paying attention.

But my perspective had and that changed everything.
