Throughout the week, I share short reflections on Substack called Notes. They're not full articles. They are simple moments, questions, or observations that catch my attention and feel worth sharing. This weekly collection brings a few of those thoughts together in one place, along with the thread I noticed running through them.

The invisible shapes our lives more than …
As I gathered this week's Notes together, I realised they were all pointing towards the same truth.
We can’t change what we can’t see.
Perhaps that’s why awareness matters so much.
Not because it instantly changes our lives, but because it places our habits on center stage and expectations and beliefs we’ve been carrying without noticing.
We’ll be considering what it really means to stop putting yourself last, not through guilt or grand resolutions, but by noticing where you’ve quietly disappeared from your own life.
Because every worthwhile change begins with one simple moment:
“I can see it now.”
That’s often where everything begins.
Until next Sunday,
Carolyn
