What was the location of the Dutch House of Hope?

Going back to the earliest days of old Hartford, in 1633, a few years before the arrival of Thomas Hooker and the English settlers, the Dutch established an outpost called the House of Hope near the junction of the Connecticut River and the Little (aka Park aka Hog) River.
