• Conversation Data — When you interact with the AI Advisor, we store your conversation history to provide the service and improve responses.
• Shared Secrets — Content submitted through the secret sharing tool is encrypted. We do not have access to the plaintext content of shared secrets.

• Log Data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and timestamps.
• Device Information — Device type, screen resolution, and browser capabilities.
• Usage Data — Pages viewed, time spent on pages, click patterns, and other interaction data.
• License Validation Data — Installation identifiers, software version, and validation timestamps for software license checks.

3.3 Essential Cookies

• Session Cookie — Required for authentication and CSRF protection. Expires when you close your browser or after your session times out.

• Email Service Providers — Your email address is shared with our email delivery provider to send newsletters and transactional emails.
• Analytics & Advertising Partners — Usage data is shared with Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit as described in Section 3.
• Legal Requirements — We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

6. Data Retention

• Account Data — Retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
• Email Subscriptions — Retained until you unsubscribe.
• Conversation Data — AI Advisor conversations are retained to provide service continuity and may be periodically purged.
• Shared Secrets — Automatically expire and are deleted according to the expiration period set at creation.
• Payment Records — Retained as required for accounting and legal compliance.
• Analytics Data — Retained according to each analytics provider's data retention policies.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
• Encryption of shared secrets at rest.
• Password hashing for user accounts.
• CSRF protection on all forms.
• Rate limiting on API endpoints and the AI Advisor.

No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

8. Your Rights — California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with the following rights:

When you use the AI Advisor:

• Your conversation inputs are sent to third-party AI providers to generate responses.
• We store conversation history to maintain session context and improve the service.
• Do not share sensitive personal information (passwords, financial details, medical information) in AI Advisor conversations.
• AI providers may process your inputs according to their own data handling policies, though we use API-level access which typically excludes training on your data.

12. Do Not Track

The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) browser signals. However, you can control tracking through your browser settings, cookie preferences, and the opt-out mechanisms described in Section 3.

13. Changes to This Policy
