I didn’t fight against my mom’s passing.

When people say we’re going to hell in a handbasket as inhabitants of Earth, I tend to err on the side of faith in our ability to rally.

These last 5 years, I’ve been observing how things play out on IG, in the media, and at large.

I heard this beautiful truth somewhere and had it on my quote board to contemplate for months.

Alcohol is still being programmed in our culture as a way to live life to the fullest.

Instead of testing us, it’s really a support, a leg up when it loops around again. We get to see our blind spots.

The truth is that we are progressing at different rates.

Many of you have heard me diss the wellness/ spiritual space over the years even though I’ve played a part in it, by using my voice in various public outlets.

The gift of the unexpected and unpreferred.

The self-development space is highly questionable.
