Cultivate an untouchable relationship to Source, so outside things can rattle you, but not throw you into chaos.

These last 5 years, I’ve been observing how things play out on IG, in the media, and at large.

I’m fascinated by all the perspectives and the digging people do to find out the truth. I deeply admire the ones who question. I am that one, too. This era calls for it.

So much of what I once believed has been turned on its head. I trust zero media. It’s why I stopped participating in it as a wellness ‘expert.’ I believe you see what you’re allowed to see and what can actually be reported. Nothing is what it seems.

Many accounts on IG are also set up to whip people into a frenzy. To be a red herring and convolute further.

Fair to say, no one person has ALL the information, just as no one organization has a lock on God.

We get pieces. And if our engine, construct, intuition, programs, and our ability to ground into ourselves and connect to an authentic loving Spirit, then we become capable of stringing truths together to create a real larger picture.

From that place, we can share it with others. Problem is, many are doing that without their inner compass intact, with bias, fear, and trauma at the helm. Those filters distort information.

So gather info, but don’t allow yourself to be led through the nose to any one conviction.

I try to observe and engage with interest, and a huge hope that events such as these, open people to new paths, but not entrain them into hopelessness, despair or further separation.

It’s also good to be able pivot, so you don’t entrench the ego in “this is who I am because I see things this way” - a total trap.

I expect things will get worse out there. The agenda is pretty clearly laid out. All the more reason to find that resting place within and diligently safeguard your state of mind and body. Precious resources.

Keep checking in that you’re not being hypnotized or indoctrinated by any one voice/ party/ perspective.

This can be a roadmap in these times to come to see what is really truthful, with humility and sense of calm.
