How to remove a key from Nautilus?

I have several LUKS encrypted external hard disks. I want to always have to enter a password when they are plugged in. Sometimes I accidentally click "remember password". How do I delete the password when that happens? Other answers from years ago suggest using Seahorse to delete the key.
