Fan noise on Kubuntu 26.04 that doesn't want to go away HP 15s-fq Intel i5, Intel Iris XE

I have an HP laptop specifically the 15s series with an Intel Iris XE GPU and an Intel i5 CPU 12th gen. The problem is that my fans are making noise most of the time and refuse to go quiet even during a normal temperature. I already have disabled fans always on from EFI, but it didn't help.
