For my sixth birthday, my dad built me a dollhouse, a replica of the house I grew up in.

There are shoes all over my kitchen and somehow we no longer own any spoons.

My house is busy again.

I’ve written a lot about my dad, but it’s dust out in the ether just like him.

The card catalog and the Dewey Decimal system were my best friends when I was younger.

Am I the only author who compares release day to this?

I grew up in the years of after-school specials tinged with warnings about suburban horrors, Sunday night movies about nuclear war, and of course the ultimate disaster—that I watched in Mr.

My kids didn’t ask.

II’m a consummate volunteer.

Welcome and Thanks!
