Hello and welcome to my Substack.
In my previous Substacks, I talked about water, vortices and the Five Elements in Traditional Chinese Medicine. I then mentioned that there are also five Western elements, and I’m now organising my own work into what I currently call the Seven Elements.
I am sharing some slides I did from a recent talk. A Quantum Chop Suey.. Its a work in progress
This week is more of a personal update and to give some tips. It includes my recent travels, speaking events with polar opposite audiences, thoughts on quantum health, China, food, and why I’m continually trying to simplify complicated ideas without losing the science.
Why Hong Kong is a fascinating place to explore quantum health despite the challenges of modern city living.
The Three Laws of Yin & Yang explained through a modern scientific and biophysical lens.
Why ketogenic diets, circadian biology and Traditional Chinese Medicine may be more compatible than many people realise.
My personal experience of overcoming tinnitus and the lifestyle changes that made the biggest difference.
What electroculture, geoengineering and electromagnetic environments may teach us about agriculture, cancer and human health.
How vortices, sacred geometry, the Golden Ratio and charge collapse may help explain organisation, coherence and biological function.
For paid subscribers Ill provide some of the rest of the deck for your own interest and the rest of this post is free to all.
Zoom Link for next Monday 7 pm UK/2pm EST live Q&A or ‘chat and cup of tea’ is also at the end of the post. 7 pm
For example, to explain the 3 laws of Yin Yang First comes something from nothing—the emergence of creation. Second comes polarity, where complementary opposites such as light and dark, positive and negative, hot and cold give rise to tension and potential. Third comes the study of change, because nothing in nature remains fixed and we are co creators of reality which is constantly being created. For life we need an implosive, negentropic movement towards greater order rather than disorder.
From a modern scientific perspective, this continual process of adaptation, organisation and flexibility is what allows life to evolve, survive and thrive.
“Survival of the most flexible“ “Successful organisms or people are often those that are most adaptable to change, rather than simply the strongest or the fittest.”
This way of thinking I or anybody can apply to loads of things in daily life and looking for ‘truths’ be it consciousness, gardening, balancing nutrients (light and food), doing martial arts or what ever you are currently working on or thinking about.
This principle is something Professor Leung uses, along with others, like 6 directions to teach movement and martial arts. He also applies it to his medical methodology.
For example.. teaching me to be relaxed, so I can in flash make a block if I need too, I move my myself up, open my chest, arm up and out ‘ he calls it combing your hair’ and only tense at the last second. - I made something from nothing
Then I can drop down using gravity (or accelerated charge according to Dan Winter) to about 10x my mass, close my chest and bring my striking arm down as its relaxed so moves faster and engage into a strike which I tense at the last minute, then relax, so my striking arm bounces back ready to adapt to what is going to happen next or what my opponent will do next, as I don’t know, I need to be ready to adapt or change my plan.
The oysters in the picture were less than 9p each so about $12 USD.
China is going to feature quite a bit in future posts as I was introduced to interesting people and visited a University to look at how they study Qi, using biophysics.
Those interested in equatorial countries will know Hong Kong sits at around 22° latitude and it’s like Singapore it’s humid too. Like many modern cities it has light pollution, seed oils ( tried my best to avoid) and all the usual challenges of city living, but it also has incredible nature just outside the city if you know where to look.
Speaking of light, I also really love the Chinese lanterns, and I will come back to lamps at the end of the post as my colleague Lionels has a unique one. Lionel is very good at art and crafts and CGI.
Seed oils are a problem and are high in deuterium and this post is not about deuterium depletion as that is a huge subject. In Hong Kong I walked to the beach each am at Sunrise on some days I did 4hr hikes to the beach, over a mountain range called ‘Dragons Back’. It was like working out in a sauna and I got caught in the midday equatorial Sun twice.
This is how I did my best to use nature to deplete deuterium. I also use coconut oil and other saturated fats to out compete the PUFAs too and butter is not common in China, so I had to wait until I was back in the UK.
Next time I go I will take coconut oil and I also like using MCT oil in coffee. Coffee in Hong Kong comes as iced coffee and it was very good for a ‘Tea Nation’.
I will run a HTMA test this week as sweating like that also releases other toxins and heavy metals, and sweating out in the sun while grounded in nature is even better.
Viktor and Lietwater Scientific have been my sponsor and support for over a year and you can buy deuterium depleted water (DDW) from them.
Use Code DRSARA for a discount
For DDW Europe, I support Dr Gabor’s company, Preventa as he uses the money to fund research. I recently bought my mother some Preventa DDW.
Embryonic breathing which is done through the skin and is real, I had heard about it from Dr Kruse friend Jeremy with CF, who got ridiculed by Drs, but was right, he was breathing through is skin.
The Chinese of course, knew about this and they also discovered circadian rhythm 2000 yrs ago, invented the compass too, so understood magnetism.
Professor Leung teaches breathing techniques, including embryonic breathing to loyal students who have stuck around or ‘passed the test’ as part of what he teaches about ‘making more blood’ and getting more oxygen into the body.
Professor Leung is like me in many ways, which is why I ‘just up and went to China with him’ as I like him too, he has been shat on and used many times, so will teach anybody the basics and welcomes students, but he reserves himself and his deeper teachings to ‘only the interested people’, and the foundations are key. He is also strict and doesn’t like ‘Mrs and Mrs Knowalls’ or lazy people, but he is a very good man with lots of knowledge.
Bruce Lee had to wash his Sifu’s underwear to prove he was going to stick around. You do not have to wash Professor Leung’s underwear and Professor and I are going to record a podcast next week.
Nancy and I are doing a free webinar on ‘Quantum Chinese Medicine - 5 Elements Experience’
We will also be showing you some of the medical movements from Professor Leung’s work, examples of TCM cooking for your constitution in your location and how this is compatible with what westerners call Quantum Biology.
Friday July 17th 7pm UK/2pm EST - Recording Available If You Can’t Make It
Nancy is my co-host for our retreat in October (3rd - 10th Oct) in France and you can learn the basics with us in person too.
We’re going back to China in November and there is an invitation to join us and you can also ask us about about the ‘Dan Lu San November Trip’ on the zoom call.
I opened a bank account in Hong Kong its a long story of how this was done and why, and, at some point, I’ll be doing a driving test in China, as I’ve been looking into the requirements. - Clearly China is calling me!
Since learning to drive on the right-hand side of the road in Sicily, Menorca and France—and learning to drive my mum’s automatic in about 30 minutes—I now take every opportunity I can to drive abroad and keep the skill fresh.
Driving is probably one of the most demanding cognitive and coordination tasks the average person performs. I get asked about cars and I do know a bit about cars, mainly older ones. I have had to drive new hire cars and do not like the nnEMFs or tech.
Out of all the cars I’ve driven over the past two years, I still like my own car best. Here it is. It has a radio, a CD player, no tech and superb visibility and I still have to park it myself without cameras doing the work for me, so I get a twisting work out too.
I spent over 30 years practising parking, so most of the time I can squeeze into very tight spaces without scratching the paintwork, but am no expert. I have to hand it to men they are more skilled parkers and drivers than women, not necessarily safer though. As I had this car for 10 years and had to park it. Its also back wheel drive. I would like to get a classic car again.
My 2nd Car I Bought When I Was 19.
Like learning to play a musical instrument and learning languages fantastic ways to challenge the brain. To me, they are an important part of healthy ageing gracefully and maintaining cognition.
I’ve recently been attending several events around the UK to network and give talks.
I did a practice run of my Quantum Chop Suey presentation and introduced the Seven Elements to an audience who weren’t really from the quantum biology world. Many had watched Sunspiracy or had heard of Dr Kruse, but didn’t necessarily understand or fully agree with his work.
Porn star name food!
The audience was mainly interested in food and ancestral health, so although nutrition featured in the presentation, my main focus was actually light, water, plasma and magnetism.
Eddie Abbew was there and watched my talk. He laughed where he was supposed to, but afterwards he gave me some very good advice.
“If you want this message to reach more people, you have to simplify it.”
I think he’s right, in some ways. But then I have these kind of conversations..
People often ask me something like this:
“Sara, can you help me with tinnitus? I know you had it. You understand the temporal lobe, the vestibular system and functional neurology. What diet should I follow?”
My questions usually go something like this:
Sara: Do you sleep with Wi-Fi on?
Answer: Yes.
Sara: Is your bed a sprung bed with metal coils?
Answer: Yes.
Sara: Do you charge your phone on your bedside table?
Answer: Yes.
Sara: Do you see sunrise or get bright morning light? Is your bedroom dark at night?
Answer: No.
Hopefully you can now see my point.
Tinnitus can have many causes. Before I became interested in quantum health I worked with clients using functional neurology. Sometimes I could help, sometimes I couldn’t.
For my own tinnitus I combined several things:
Improving my light environment.
Keto diet and deuterium depletion
Full cold head immersions in lakes and the sea.
Vestibular rehabilitation.
Ocular training.
Being as strict as I can with nnEMFs (Olle the EMF guy is up very soon on my podcast and will be in France at my event to teach hands on)
Because I changed several things together, I can’t honestly say which intervention was responsible—or whether it was the combination of all of them.
I also previously had issues relating to my temporal lobe, and those have now completely resolved and have never returned.
The event I attended in Northampton, which was on geoengineering, had some very smart and awake attendees and speaker. It was about new tech and an app (out to the public soon) that can disperse some of the chemtrails. The second part of the day was on high-level electroculture using frequencies, not the electroculture I began with and introduced to my dad ‘the skeptic’. He doesn’t mind funny copper-shaped cones in his vegetable patch, but would not like ‘a device’.
“If you can grow big delicious peaches with no chemicals in a good electromagnetic environment with electroculture, then you can grow big tumors in a bad electromagnetic environment too - a yin yang” - One Of Sara’s Thoughts
I have invited the speaker Fabio on of the speakers on my YouTube as a guest as he was one the best explainers of how we are all made of ‘nothing’ or just waves and quantum coherence I have ever listened to. He was both scientific and understandable to the layman. He also understands light and water. I am excited about the anti geoengineering tech as this was the sky in Leeds on Wednesday.
As many of you know, I naturally gravitate towards a ketogenic diet, but I also enjoy eating what I grow in my own garden and picking seasonal fruit growing around Leeds.
Free Cherries in Leeds!
Interestingly, when I eat my own fruit and vegetables my tinnitus does not return, even though ketogenic diets can certainly be helpful for some people with tinnitus.
Every September there are apples and plums all over the pavements on one of my walking routes to my urban sunbathing spot.
The owners are generally happy to share if you ask.
Although the French joke that we are a nation of thieves, most British people wouldn’t dream of taking fruit from someone’s garden. (Scrumping, as it’s called.) The squirrels usually get there first anyway.
What amazes me is how much traditional, pesticide-free fruit grown naturally in sunlight simply goes to waste every year while people spend a fortune buying supermarket varieties such as Pink Lady or Honeycrisp apples.
Personally, I don’t think they’re really apples anymore.
They’re fructose and deuterium bombs, and I often question what selective breeding has done to them genetically.
Peaches are one of the hardest fruits to grow. They’re delicate and almost everything wants to eat them. At the electroculture and geoengineering event the team had successfully grown a type of traditional peach using electroculture and used zero chemicals. The taste of the peaches was also divine, as one person described.
So I avoid all peaches for sale as even the organic ones which are not really organic now in many countries have been treated. I will have to grow my own peaches and get glowing green objects, described as magic "crocodile tongues." Like in James and the Giant Peach.
Roald Dahl spent part of his childhood in Llandaff, Cardiff, where I also went to school at Ysgol Gyfun Gymraeg Glantaf.
I had a completely Welsh education, so technically English isn’t actually my first language—which perhaps explains why my grammar and spelling remain a work in progress!
My friend and colleague Lionel David is a very talented man and I was asking him how to help me explain why dodecahedra are so important for charge collapse, electronics in the body, action at a distance, DNA being able to emit electromagnetism and scalar waves, water being not just a battery but a fractal antenna and part of consciousness, how melanin and DHA work as semi conductors and so on.
In a way I can explain to lay people ! as most people find Dan Winter’s work hard to understand, but its very important work.
This is the what Lionel made me as its our first draft so I can help explain to people how geometry, vortices fits in with quantum biology and how to make it practical.
I will go into this in my next post which is on water and light.
Lionel also makes sacred geometry lamps and I would like him to come to France for my retreat with Tino Aug 29th - 5th of Sept as making a ‘charge collapse golden ratio lamp is how to learn in a practical way.
If you are interested in learning more about what we do , Tino and I are doing a free webinar on:
Polarity Therapy, Fractal Fields & Practical Quantum Consciousness
Tuesday July 14th at 6pm UK, 7pm CET, 1pm EST - Recording Available
Lots More Of This Here 👉🏼 Lionel’ s Page
In the next post I will tell you about Lionel’s magic vortex painting which caused him and some others to have a bliss and somewhat clairvoyant experience by gazing at it along with what I recently learned about water geometry and how it relates to Dan Winter’s work, as he does not speak much on water, but he loves hydrogen!
“Just wanted to thank you again! I feel like I’ve lost 20Lbs w the clearing of those energy fields!
I’m excited for future unfoldings and grateful for the work you’re doing.
Isn’t life grand :).
I’m off having fun now “ - Kathleen, USA
I have 2 spots left tomorrow Sat 11th of July for Psychomancy Sessions. Morning and evening.
