I have been asked to do one on the biology, physics, chemistry, bio mechanics and consciousness side of ‘anti-ageing’. I do not like that word much and prefer ‘having a good health span’ and being fun. People know I am not into the Bryan Johnson or Dave Asprey ways and to me its also about being able to play with kids (and adults) as well as my cognitive functions, how much I laugh and how ‘fun I am’.
If I do suggest something you could buy or try, I choose things that are affordable to the public or a practitioner and many things are not anything I am affiliated with.
Ill write this as post and maybe make a YouTube with slides
For the paid subscribers I want to share my new ‘Quantum Chop Suey’ Slides I did for my talk at the weekend as I add humor when I do in person talks, so some of it you needed to be there, but the presentation was a way to frame quantum health in a more friendly way so I can reach new people and make SOME my work appealing to ‘The Youth’ or ‘A complete beginner’ and people who are not western.
Eddie Abbew and his daughter saw my talk and laughed (in the places they were supposed to). Eddie’s daughter Selina (she is a genius) and we hit it off and she said that with a bit of help and tweaking from Gen Z my work and me would appeal to 'The youth’.
Despite what people think (most don’t know me anyway), I do actually like the kids, teens and 20 yr olds and enjoy their company, humor and energy… most of the time
I interviewed Olle Kitsing who is an electrical engineer and EMF expert from Estonia and is well known in the ‘Mito community’ as the ‘Go To Man For Hands On Help’. I will put access to the unedited video at the end of the post as Olle likes to go into depth, but he offers practical ways to mitigate nnEMFs for complete beginners to the enthusiasts.
Olle also teaches electricians and he is my special guest on my Quantum Health Retreat 5th - 12th Sept in South France so you can learn all about nnEMF mitigation from him in person
