Now that the year is over, we can reflect on everything we’ve been able to accomplish as a team. We thought we were proud last year - this year has really taken the cake. 🤗
Our goal this year is to prove ourselves as a leader in financial services marketing and lead generation, and start to come up against the big boys (Bankrate, Nerdwallet, Credit Karma, etc.).
As part of this goal, published our first Financial Services Marketing and Acquisition Report in Q1 2025. The report dove into avg. account opening costs, the most cost-effective and utilized channels, and ways to think about making your marketing spend more efficient.
Our team of dedicated engineers scraped publicly available call report data from over 100 credit unions, and paired this data with insights from our survey.
Our users have been posting about us nonstop on TikTok, leading to a surge in referral traffic
Lafayette FCU has committed to helping fund the par value of its members new accounts, and Debbie has now stepped in to help fund those accounts as well. This is our investment in the future of the credit union industry.
Have you been frustrated with the sparse analytics on your account opening software, to see where your members are dropping off? We definitely have. So, we’ve developed an AI agent that tracks new members as they complete applications, providing funnel analytics on every. single. page. (see an example below). It’s agnostic to your account opening provider and requires no integration to use.
This has been a long time coming - it’s already live in the backend, but will be GA for users in mid Q1.
As always, here are some conferences we’re attending coming up. Let me know if you’ll be there so I can say hello!
CUNA GAC (March 1-5th)
Fintech Meetup (March 30-April 1st)
If you are an innovative CU, you should consider attending this conference (CUs get free tickets! Click here to register). We will likely host a dinner, so look out for an invite from us.
Financial Brand Forum (April 13-15)
This is the conference to go to for any innovative financial marketing execs.
nach·es. noun: nachas Nachas is a Yiddish word meaning that you are happy and proud, especially of someone’s accomplishments.
