Programme

Agentic means autonomous systems that act on behalf of users — across tools, data and workflows without requiring a human to click through each step. It's the next layer on top of everything this conference has covered in years one through four.

What makes this year's programme different is that it's organised around how practitioners are actually engaging with that shift — not around Microsoft product lines. Agents don't live in one product. They run across Azure, Security, Data, and Microsoft 365 simultaneously. The sessions reflect that.

All session themes are subject to Call for Speakers outcomes.

Track 01

Agentic Developer

Developers · Architects · Technical Leads

The highest-density technical content. Sessions target developers and architects who are building or evaluating agentic systems right now.

Session themes

  • Building with Microsoft Foundry, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Agent Framework, Copilot Studio
  • Multi-agent orchestration patterns beyond single Copilot calls
  • Microsoft 365 extensibility: Teams, Graph API and Copilot plugins
  • MCP (Model Context Protocol) and what it means for enterprise tooling
  • Agent reliability: evaluation frameworks, testing, and failure modes
  • Azure infrastructure for agent hosting: Container Apps, API Management, monitoring
  • Data: Microsoft Fabric, OneLake and data pipelines for agentic workloads
  • Security: Agent ID, Entra, and identity governance for autonomous systems
02
Track 02

Business & Governance

Business Decision-Makers · Consultants · Functional Specialists

Where strategy meets delivery. Sessions cover the business transformation case and the governance, licensing, and compliance questions that come with it.

Session themes

  • Business process transformation: where agents replace workflows vs. augment humans
  • Power Platform as the low-code entry point for agentic automation
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot in the enterprise: honest ROI cases from the community
  • Community & business: how regional organisations are actually adopting agents
  • Microsoft licensing in the agentic era
  • EU AI Act implications for cloud customers
  • Data governance and residency when agents operate across tenant boundaries
  • Security posture and compliance for organisations deploying agents at scale

Track 03

Real World Agentic

Everyone — practitioners showing actual work

Speakers show projects they actually built — not prepared demos. Imperfect is fine. Honest is required.

Session themes

  • Azure, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform: what practitioners actually shipped
  • Data projects that didn't go as planned and what was salvaged
  • Security incidents or near-misses with agentic systems
  • Projects built on personal time or budget that ended up in production
  • SME and small-business deployments with real constraints
  • Failures and what was learned from them

Track 04

Community & Careers

All levels — especially earlier in their cloud journey

A space for everyone — whether you're just starting out in the Microsoft Cloud or thinking about what the agentic shift means for your career.

Session themes

  • Career implications of the agentic shift for developers, consultants, and BDMs
  • Security fundamentals for practitioners new to cloud
  • Panel: 'What we got wrong about AI in 2024–2025' — an honest retrospective
New for 2027
