Code of Conduct

Cloud Tech Tallinn is a community event. We expect everyone who attends, speaks, sponsors or volunteers in person and in any online channels associated with the event to behave professionally and respectfully towards other participants.

We do not tolerate

• Harassment of any kind, including offensive comments related to gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, ethnicity, religion or product preference ;)
• Deliberate intimidation, stalking or unwanted physical contact
• Sustained disruption of sessions, conversations or social events
• Photography or recording of individuals without their consent
• Any behaviour that a reasonable person would find threatening or demeaning
• Unsolicited commercial solicitation outside designated sponsor spaces. If you want to promote your services at Cloud Tech Tallinn, talk to us about sponsorship

These standards apply across all conference spaces: session rooms, hallways and any associated online channels.

If something happens

If you experience or witness behaviour that violates this code, contact a member of the organising team or any volunteer (identifiable by their T-shirt). You can also email [email protected]. The mailbox is monitored before, during and after the event.

We take every report seriously. Our response is proportional to the situation: we'll typically start with a direct conversation. Participants asked to stop any unacceptable behaviour are expected to do so immediately. Where the situation warrants it, the organizing team reserves the right to remove anyone from the event without refund and restrict access to future editions.

Scope

This code applies to all Cloud Tech Tallinn participants: attendees, speakers, sponsors, volunteers and organizing team members. No exceptions.
