Hello! Firstly, I just want to say I’m SO sorry it’s been so long since my last post.

Hi all,

As you know, I started my new biologic injections a few weeks back.

Most people will read that title and roll their eyes and instinctively say ‘Ha that’s not true.

Now you might be thinking it’s a bit strange to celebrate an anniversary of the day that you got diagnosed with an incurable illness, yet here I am celebrating it and I will tell you why...

After a two-year-long wait, I have finally been given the go-ahead to start my biologic medications for my autoimmune disease. So why am I now so hesitant to start?

It's taken me over 35 (painful) years to realise, as a woman, that exercise does not have to mean punishment...

Why being creative is the greatest gift you could give yourself.

Before we rush ahead to 2025, it’s important to look back and reflect on our year gone by. What lessons were hidden in all those ups and downs?

Silly me, I over did it… again!

It’s currently 4am as I write this.

You may have heard the term ‘Ghosting’ before, it seems to be popping up a lot recently with the rise of social media and internet dating.

Can therapy help us to discover what is underneath all the layers of social conditioning, expectations, insecurities, ego and fear? Would you even recognise the 'real' you that gets unearthed?

Travelling around in a campervan has taught me a lot about myself, especially since being diagnosed with a chronic illness. It's teaching me to enjoy the slower way of living...

One of my favourite things to do is to explore new places and to go on adventures.
