Will we have “Rocket flu” this year?

In Brick 8a, we made the connection between the scary winter Down Under and the winter crisis that followed. That connection became rather clearer with last year’s nonsensical “Superflu” story.

In Brick 5.7, we explained that we had been investigating what public health bodies actually mean by the terms “influenza” and “active infection”.

So, what’s happening in Kiwiland? The answer appears to be: much the usual for this time of year.

But now we have a new space-travel term to keep an eye on. Will it make an appearance at this end of the world when the time comes?
