Hi, it’s Khushi. I write at toption.org. Wrote a few posts and thought it deserved an email.
I've been finding a lot of value running activation tests using Perplexity's AI Browser (Comet). The premise is that if AI runs into issues using your app, chances are that a human would do too.
For example, I ran this test with Canva, and you could see AI struggle to make sense of what's free vs pro. I ran it across 4 separate apps: Canva, Calendly, IRCTC, and MakeMyTrip. It found lots of real items to fix across all those apps. Thought I'd share!
I don’t love copy that is disputable. For example, “this is the perfect solution” or “this is amazing”. So I put together a research project on how to avoid copy that is subjective.
Ran a 2-hour long workshop on Saturday afternoon on AI x Marketing and Retention with e-Chai.
I didn’t announce this event on Linkedin + on my Substack. And I’ve heard loud and clear that it was a mistake. Many of you wanted to attend, but just didn’t know. Sorry about that!
I might speak at a conference in Goa next year. So as soon as things finalize, I will let y’all know.
As always, thanks for reading :)
