Hello and happy Friday, picture book friends!
April’s been a big month in the children’s literature world—not least because of the annual Bologna Children’s Book Fair! As ever, this month is chock full of brand new releases I can’t wait to get my hands on. In today’s newsletter, I’m sharing a few backlist titles we’ve been reading (and re-reading!) at home, along with FIFTY COUNT ‘EM FIFTY (ish) new titles that hit shelves in April. It’s a lot to scroll through—click here to visit The Page Turn’s website and view the entire post.
There are so many new books I want to read, but here are five I’m requesting from the library:
1 / Pitch Black
2 / Odds and Ends
4 / 102
5 / Deep Blue: Swimming in the Big Blue Sea (If like us, your kid has had a scare with a big wave at the beach, check this out!)
And with that, here are even more picture books to peruse. Enjoy!
