From the very beginning, The GeoFight was intended to be an effort capable of taking on one of the most complex and consequential issues of our time: tampering with the Earth’s atmosphere to try to control the weather. This work is well underway:

· Our first lawsuit has already been filed;

· Witnesses are coming forward;

· Admissible evidence is pouring in;

· Experts are analyzing the evidence;

· Our legal team is putting the finishing touches on our next lawsuit; and

· Our Petition to Stop Stardust Solutions has made it across the world and into the hands of those of have influence.

Most people think about lawsuits in terms of lawyers going to court. The reality is that— years prior to trial— a significant and expensive effort is required, including, but not limited to:

· Witness identification;

As a way of creating a deeper level of engagement with those helping fund this work, The GeoFight is planning a private donor gathering for supporters who have contributed $2,500 or more.

This will be an intimate virtual event on a date to be announced and, unlike a traditional fundraiser, is designed to be meaningful conversation:

· Attendees will have the opportunity to hear directly from members of our legal team and coalition leadership regarding the progress already made, the litigation and investigations underway, and the broader strategy moving forward.

· Attendees will also have an opportunity to ask questions to gain a deeper understanding of the work being done and to help shape what it looks like.

· Most importantly, this gathering recognizes something we firmly believe:
