This is issue #65 of Taskflow Tuesday, where I share 3 things that can help you to get digitally organized so that you can spend more time on what truly matters.
There are so many benefits to going on walks. Everyone should be walking more.
💪🏼 Many of the benefits are physical: Boosts your energy, helps with digestion, improves circulation, etc…
🧠 There are so many mental benefits as well that aid your productivity: Boosts creativity, allows your mind to wander and do deep problem solving in the background, lowers stress, enhances your focus, etc…
I really encourage you to take more walks with your spouse if you’re married.
On top of all of the benefits listed above, you’re stacking quality time on top of it. You’re able to bounce ideas back and forth, verbally process, talk about your goals, etc…
So here’s your reminder to schedule more walks into your schedule.
Treat them like an appointment that you don’t miss. Habit stack by linking walks with eating lunch or dinner (take a walk after eating). Squeeze them into 10 min pockets of your day if you need to.
If you’re tired of switching between 8 different messaging apps every day (iMessage, Instagram, WhatsApp, Signal, Slack, etc.), Beeper might be what you’ve been looking for.
It’s a unified inbox that pulls messages from 10+ platforms into one clean interface so you can finally stop chasing notifications across your devices and apps.
⚡️ Use Beeper with scheduled check-ins (like a daily message block) to reclaim even more time and attention.
Don’t wait for a real emergency to realize your system is broken.
Just ask yourself these 3 questions:
Do I know what my most important task is today, and is it getting done?
If not, your system is prioritizing everything, which means nothing is actually getting prioritized.
Is anything falling through the cracks?
If you’re still remembering tasks in the shower, you’re relying too much on your brain and not enough on your system.
Do I feel clear or cluttered when I sit down to work?
A working system gives you a clear direction. A broken one gives you chaos and anxiety.
🧯If you answered “no,” “yes,” and “cluttered”, it might be time to rebuild from the ground up.
The good news is you don’t need a complicated app stack. You just need a system that works for you, and that starts by getting honest about what’s not working.
Want help fixing it? That’s what Taskflow was built for.
