On the first of the month, revenue was zero. Clients for next month? Pipeline? Every single month, I had to earn the business all over again.
I was posting every day. Sending the “just checking in” email. DMing leads who had gone quiet. Refreshing my inbox waiting for someone to say yes.
And the brutal part wasn’t even the hustle. The brutal part was realizing that no matter how good the previous month had been, none of it carried over. I hadn’t built a business. I had built a really demanding job, one where I was essentially unemployed on the first of every month and had to start over.
That was the moment I knew something had to change.
Today my business routinely generates over six figures a month. But here’s what most people don’t realize when they hear that number: the biggest difference isn’t the revenue. It’s the predictability. I don’t wake up wondering where the next client is coming from. The system already knows. It’s already working. It was working while I slept.
This is how I built that.
Everything I’m about to share connects. These are not five separate ideas. They are five parts of one machine.
When one piece is working, it feeds the next. When all five are running together, you stop chasing clients and start attracting them.
