In just a few days, we will begin the 30-Day Antiworkaholic Challenge.
Before we start, I wanted to tell you the real story behind why I built this.
I created it because one of the hardest seasons of my life forced me to completely rethink how I worked. And once I figured out what was on the other side of that, I knew I had to share it.
Not everyone needs to be pinned between a rock and a hard place to make a massive change though. Not everyone loses a job, hits rock bottom or gets a wake-up call before they decide to do something different. Most people just know they want more and haven’t found the right moment to actually go after it.
That’s what this challenge is for. To give you a reason, a structure and a community of people working toward the same thing at the same time. Because sometimes all it takes is the right push at the right moment. I had built something real. A reputation, a client base, a level of income I was proud of. But I had also built a business that could not function without me physically showing up every single day.
About five years ago, I was running a marketing business that looked successful from the outside and felt like a trap from the inside.
I had hired consultants to help me and that absolutely made a difference. Having talented people around me gave me breathing room and allowed me to focus on higher-level strategy instead of getting buried in day-to-day work.
But even with help, everything still ran through me.
The business moved when I moved. If I slowed down, everything slowed down. Every new client meant more hours. Every new opportunity meant more of my time. The consultants helped me manage the workload. They didn’t change the underlying equation.
Then I got pregnant. And everything changed.
During my third trimester, I was put on bed rest. Full bed rest. The version of success I’d spent years building wasn’t an option anymore. I couldn’t power through it. Sitting at my desk all day wasn’t possible. Working harder was off the table entirely.
For the first time in my career, I had to seriously ask myself what would happen if my business couldn’t depend on me anymore.
I had two choices. Accept that my income would take a massive hit, or completely rethink how I worked.
Around that same time, I had started experimenting seriously with AI. Not casually, not as a novelty. I began rebuilding my workflows around it. Things that used to take half a day suddenly took an hour. Research that I used to outsource could be done in minutes. Writing became dramatically faster. Systems I’d been putting off for years were finally built because AI reduced the friction enough that I could actually finish them.
For the first time, I stopped being the person who did everything. Instead, I became the person directing the work. My expertise stayed exactly the same. My capacity completely changed.
That year, while on bed rest in my third trimester, I made more money than I’d ever made before.
It wasn’t about working harder. It was because I had finally stopped trading every dollar for another hour of my life.
AI didn’t replace my expertise. It multiplied it.
That experience completely changed how I thought about work. And eventually, it changed what I wanted to teach.
Because I realized something. So many people are sitting on years, sometimes decades, of real valuable experience. They’ve solved problems, managed teams, built systems, led projects, worked with clients, developed genuine expertise in their field.
What most of them are missing isn’t knowledge. It’s a clear direction for how to turn what they already know into something that works for them outside of a traditional job.
Once I started teaching people how to do that, something incredible happened. I watched people go from feeling stuck to building something real. From trading all of their time for a single paycheck to creating income that didn’t require them to be present every minute of every day. From wondering if any of this was even possible to having proof that it was, because they had done it themselves.
Here are just a few of their stories:
- Jackie, 33, former corporate social media manager and new mom
- Courtney, 30, former corporate operations Manager
Watching those transformations made me realize something…. It’s more than reducing work load and making more money. The real transformation is helping people stop believing that their entire future depends on one employer, one paycheck, or one career path. It’s helping people realize they already have something valuable to offer. They just need a clear roadmap to turn it into something real.
Over four weeks, we’ll work together to discover the AI-powered opportunity that fits your strengths and experience, build your expert identity, create your first real offer, and develop a personalized 90-day roadmap for turning it into a sustainable business. By the end, you won’t be wondering where to start anymore. You’ll know.
In just a few days, this challenge begins.
People inside will already be discovering what to build, refining their ideas, building their offers and meeting other people on the same journey.
Thirty days from now, they’ll have something tangible they didn’t have before.
The next 30 days are going to pass whether you join us or not. What will you have built?
Enrollment closes before the challenge starts on August 17th, so everyone moves through the 30 days together from day one.
If you’ve been thinking “I know I’m capable of more, I just don’t know where to start,” this challenge was built for you.
I’d love to have you join us!
