There are some thoughts and feelings so many of us carry quietly that we begin to believe they must be unique to us.
We look around and assume everyone else has life figured out.
That everyone else feels more certain, more confident, more settled, more at home in themselves.
Meanwhile we’re sat there wondering...
“Why do I still feel so lost?”
“Why does everyone else seem to know what they’re doing?”
“Why do I feel different?”
“Why am I carrying so much guilt?”
“Why do I feel so alone?”
This audio course exists because I’ve spent the past few months having thousands of conversations here on Substack, and again and again, the same words kept appearing.
“I thought it was just me.”
“I’ve never told anyone that before.”
“You’ve put words to something I’ve felt for years.”
“Me too.”
It made me realise something important - that what so many of us are searching for isn’t advice, it’s recognition.
Because before we can trust ourselves, before we can choose ourselves, before we can step into our own power...we often need someone to gently show us that there was never anything uniquely wrong with us in the first place.
This isn’t a course about fixing yourself.
Nothing here needs fixing.
It’s simply an invitation into a room full of people quietly discovering that the things they believed separated them are often the very things that connect them.
Listen to one lesson each day if you’d like or move through them in your own time.
There is no right pace.
Only your pace.
• Why so many women secretly feel behind
• Why feeling lost is often part of becoming
• The exhaustion that sleep can’t fix
• Feeling different and wondering where you belong
• Becoming invisible beneath years of responsibility
• The guilt so many women have been trained to carry
• Why midlife can leave us feeling both twenty-seven and fifty-seven at exactly the same time
• The surprising relief that comes from discovering you’re far less alone than you imagined
This course isn’t about changing who you are, it’s about changing the story you’ve been telling yourself about your experiences.
Nothing about your life may change during these eight lessons, but my hope is that the way you see yourself does.

Many women move through life believing they're the only one who feels lost, behind, uncertain or different. In this opening session, you'll explore why so many of us quietly assume everyone else has life figured out and discover the comfort that comes from recognising that our struggles are often far more universal than we think. This session invites you to replace isolation with understanding and begin seeing yourself through a kinder, more compassionate lens.
