Toggle "keep screen on" using keybinds in Ubuntu 26.04

When I study I need to keep the screen powered while also writing, so I always need to move my mouse or touch the keyboard. Is there any way to make a toggle switch (preferably with keyboard shortcuts) to keep the screen always powered on? I am looking for a way to make it automatic. For example: When I study I press Ctrl+g and the screen is in "keep on mode" and when I press it again it goes back…
