After what felt like the longest week ever, we came home last night after being out all day and grabbing a quick bite to eat, tucked our kids in, skipped our TV time on the couch, and went right to bed. We were depleted. Exhausted. Had nothing left to give. We were saying for days how we couldn’t wait for this week to be over, and it finally was. A new week starts now, one that will hopefully be filled with much happier times and fresh starts. We’re ready to jump back into the swing of things and get back to work. Here we go.
We woke up this morning to news that Hayden Panettiere tragically passed away at the age of 36. Absolutely heartbreaking. For some reason this one hit hard. Maybe because she is only a year older than me? Or maybe because we’ve all seen her on our TV screens for the last 30 years and feel like we know her? What a devastating loss, and my heart breaks for her daughter.
