Nina Restieri · What the Body Knows

Whether you’re new to my work or one of my OG subscribers from momAgenda, thanks for being here. If you’re not sure where to start, you’re in the right place.

This Substack is for the woman who’s ready to reconnect with what her body knows. You’ve done the work and maybe you’re wondering why it’s not working. You’re ready to feel alive again after years or maybe even decades of disconnection. You’re ready to stop self-abandoning and start showing up authentically in your relationships, your work, and your life.

I’ve walked this path, too. I’m a mom of four, a former 2x founder, a complex trauma survivor, and a recovering people-pleaser. After years of therapy, I understood my patterns but still felt powerless to change them.

For me, healing happened when I discovered embodiment. Connecting with myself, not just in my mind but in my body, was the key to rebuilding my inner safety and self-trust and creating a life that feels truly aligned with who I am.

This is embodiment. It means connecting with the body, feeling the full spectrum of feelings and emotions, and trusting rather than overriding it. Your body is always giving you information; most of us were just never taught how to hear it.

Now, I’m a trauma-informed somatic love and relationship coach who specializes in helping women come home to their authentic, magnetic selves so they can create a life and relationship they love.

Here you’ll learn the proven tools and practices I use with my private clients to:

• Trust your inner knowing (even when it goes against everyone’s advice)

• Build what I call your inner scaffolding: the safety within yourself that allows you to make choices from sovereignty and freedom

• Release old patterns of overgiving and self-abandonment

• Reconnect with who you are and what you want

• Walk away from the parts of life that don’t fit, whether in relationships, career, or interpersonal dynamics, and create a life that’s aligned with who you are

Your body knows. This is where you learn to listen.

Work With Me

I work 1:1 with women who are ready for deep, embodied transformation.

“Working with Nina was a transformative experience. She has a rare gift for creating a space that feels entirely safe, compassionate, and free of judgment – even when bringing forward the “shadowy” or shameful parts of myself I was afraid to look at. She made me feel deeply understood and guided me through incredibly tender processes with expert care. Thanks to her support, I was able to navigate a very difficult spot in a relationship and come out the other side with a sense of self-love and empowerment.”
