VENUE. The Brook, Abbey Road, Stratford, London E15 2QT.
TIMES. Wednesday 19 and Thursday 20 August, 5pm to 10pm. Friday 21 August, Vigil, 9pm to 5am.
GETTING THERE. Stratford is one of the best-connected points in London — Central, Jubilee, DLR, Overground, Elizabeth line and National Rail all serve it. West Ham and Bromley-by-Bow are also within reach of Abbey Road. Check your route on the day, as weekend engineering works are common on this side of the city.
IF YOU ARE DRIVING. Plan your parking before you set off rather than circling on the night, and check the ULEZ status of your vehicle in advance.
IF YOU ARE COMING FROM OUTSIDE LONDON. Aim to arrive before 5pm on the 19th. For the Friday vigil, arrange your return journey before you come — do not leave a 5am problem to be solved at 5am.
WHAT TO BRING. A Bible. A notebook and pen. Water. Your written list of what you are bringing to the altar. For the vigil, a warm layer.
