These were probably one of my favorite cookies from this month’s box because I’m a sucker for anything with marshmallows in it. My obsession with peanut butter is also quickly coming back so you can only imagine this cookie was an absolute dream for me!

These soft and chewy peanut butter cookies are filled with a fluffy marshmallow crème filling and topped with a crunchy Nutter Butter cookie. Each bite has the perfect combination of rich peanut butter, sweet marshmallow, and a little crunch from the cookie topping.
