next up in this month’s box are these copycat oatmeal creme pies! cookie sandwiches are quickly becoming one of my favorite type of cookies to make. I used to think these were so complicated to make but this could be further from the truth!
it’s literally just two cookies with frosting in the middle, why in the world did I think these were complicated?!?!?
anyways, now that we’ve established these were incredibly easy to make, we can now talk about how YUMMY they are! these oatmeal cookies are so soft and chewy with the perfect cinnamon spiced flavor throughout. sandwiched in between is the most perfect marshmallow frosting that is so creamy and not overly sweet. it balances out the oatmeal cookies perfectly!
