I am still right on time to wish every newsletter reader a Happy New Year. So, Happy New Year and best wishes for 2025.

2025 is allegedly a big year for Loop ‘n’ Loot. It’s the year we kickstart the Core Rulebook, after all. The initial plan was to do it in May. Unfortunately, life happens and the crowdfunded campaign is more likely to happen between August and November 2025 (if the Gods are so keen). But fear not! It is not because the Rulebook kickstarter is delayed that we will sit on our hands in the meantime.

First of all, it is time to share Loop ‘n’ Loot to more than the Happy Few that lurk in the corner of the Discord channel. I therefore present to you the playtesting print & play material for a 100% certified free.

Disclaimer: These files are playtesting material! In other words, they look ugly, the text and abilities might change over time (especially if I receive feedback) but they won’t be necessarily updated frequently (if ever).

One might wonder how this print & play material is enough to play Loop ‘n’ Loot. It is not. You would need rules. And maybe a setting. And maybe a dungeon of some sort.

Well, it’s all part of the 2025 grand plan!
