For everyone who missed the session yesterday, here’s a replay for you to enjoy :) And thanks to Jeanne for co-hosting with me.
This session was a celebration of our upcoming art retreat in the French Countryside, so we were drawing all the dreamy flowers and landscapes.
Jeanne from Artful Travels joined us to show us the wonderful locations we’ll be visiting in the Lyon area of France, and the beautiful place we’ll stay in. We had a few hiccups with the Wi-Fi, but if you skip the first few minutes, you’ll be right at the start of Jeanne’s presentation. We start drawing around 29 minutes into the session.
Jeanne showed us much more in her presentation, and I’m now even more enthusiastic about going!
We did a few quick 5-minute drawings and a few longer ones of about 15 minutes each.
Caran D’Ache Neocolors. I like Neocolor 2; they are water-soluble. Neocolor 1 is also nice; it’s oil-based.
As mentioned, we have a materials list and can send it to anyone interested in experimenting with the materials beforehand.
