Important Update: RSVP Deadline Moved to 7 August

Hi everyone,

We have an important update regarding Far Away Round 2.

To ensure we can finalize arrangements with our vendors on time, we have had to prepone the RSVP deadline.

New RSVP Deadline: 7 August, 12:00 PM (Noon)

The previous deadline was 9 August, but since we need to place all orders with our vendors by 8 August, we had to move the deadline forward.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding. This will help us ensure that accommodation, merchandise, meals, and all other event arrangements are prepared smoothly for everyone.

If you applied for the online participation category, here’s a quick update.

We have already reviewed around 50–60% of the applications received, and our team is actively reviewing the remaining submissions.

Once all applications have been reviewed, accepted online participants will be added to a dedicated communication channel, where we’ll share all the details on how to join the hackathon, access the platform, receive updates, and participate throughout the event.

If you haven’t received an update yet, there’s no need to worry.

As long as you:

• Submitted genuine documents.

• Filled in the form honestly.

• Did not provide false or misleading information.

...your application will be reviewed fairly. If everything checks out, you’ll be accepted into the hackathon.
