Meet our Editorial Interns for this summer

We are pleased to welcome nine new people to The India Way this summer. They bring a range of academic backgrounds (economics, political science, geography, international relations, and strategic communication) and will contribute to our coverage and oversee submissions over the coming months.

Ryan Sengupta is a fourth-year student at Ashoka University, pursuing a BA (Hons.) in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics with a minor in International Relations.

Bhadra Vineed graduated from Miranda House in 2026 with a B.A. (Hons.) in Economics.

Aditya Pratap Singh Phogat is a rising second-year at Davidson College, North Carolina, pursuing an AB in Political Science with minors in Economics and Religious Studies.

Nayanika Karan graduated from Miranda House in 2023 with a BA (Hons.) in Geography.

Ananya Warrier is a third-year student at the Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, pursuing a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Economics.

Shreeya Sawhney is a second-year student at Shri Ram College of Commerce, pursuing a B.Com (Hons.).

Yug Verma is a third-year student at Ashoka University, pursuing a BA (Hons.) in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics with a concentration in International Relations.

Aarushi Bawa is a second-year MA Strategic Communication student at the Indian Institute of Mass Communication. She holds a BA (Hons.) in Political Science from Lady Shri Ram College.

Anushka Thapliyal is a second-year MA International Relations student at South Asian University.
