The Procrastination Challenge starts on July 13, so I want to answer the practical questions people usually have before joining.
Then you are probably the exact kind of person this was built for.
This isn’t a 2-hour-a-day productivity bootcamp.
Each day, you’ll get one short voice note, one written prompt, one small step, and one check-in.
The lesson/check-in should take less than 5 minutes. Your actual step depends on your task, but we’ll make it small enough to fit into real life.
You don’t fail.
You don’t start over.
You don’t need to do a dramatic catching-up marathon while questioning your entire personality.
You come back to the next small step.
That’s part of the skill.
Good. Bring it anyway.
Most avoided tasks are too big at first. That’s why they’re avoided.
You bring the task. We shrink it into something startable.
Bring the messy list.
Inside the group, I’ll help you choose one task that makes sense for the 5 days.
I’m ND myself, so this was built with neurodivergent brains in mind.
The kind that freeze, overthink, forget, avoid, lose momentum, restart 42 times, or turn “send the email” into a full psychological documentary.
If normal productivity advice makes you want to walk into the ocean, you’ll probably feel at home.
No.
This is a practical educational challenge. It isn’t therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional support.
If your task involves personal safety, crisis, medical advice, legal decisions, or major financial decisions, please use the appropriate professional support.
No.
You’ll get more from the challenge if you check in, but your check-ins can be simple.
“I did the step” is enough.
You never have to explain your entire life story to participate (but you absolutely can if you want to 😄).
I’m not going to promise this will fix your entire life in 5 days.
That would be ridiculous, and also I would like to keep my soul.
The goal is simpler:
Start working through one task you’ve been avoiding, practice doing it in a lower-shame way, and learn a process you can use again.
If you already know you won’t open Telegram, won’t check in, and don’t want to participate at all, don’t buy it.
But if you’re willing to bring one task and try the tiny steps with me, this is exactly what the challenge is for.
The challenge starts Monday, July 13.
Price: $47
After purchasing, you’ll be redirected to a confirmation page with the private group link and everything you need to get ready.
Bring one thing you’re tired of avoiding.
We’ll work through it together.
See you inside 🙌🏾
