You might be interested in the Procrastination Challenge and still feel hesitant for one very understandable reason:
You’ve tried things before, and they didn’t stick.
Maybe you bought the course. Downloaded the app. Made the plan.
Promised yourself this time would be different.
And now a quiet thought shows up:
“What if this becomes another thing I start and don’t finish?”
Like your brain has already looked at the offer, reviewed your entire personal history, and gone:
“This sounds nice, but we both know how these things usually go.”
I know that thought very well.
It showed up when I tried to lose weight.
When I tried to stop binge eating.
When I tried to write consistently.
When I tried to start boring admin tasks that somehow became emotional monuments to everything I had ever avoided.
So I didn’t build this challenge for the fantasy version of you who wakes up on Day 1 fully motivated, perfectly regulated, and ready to become a productivity angel.
(If that person exists, please send them my way. I need to study them in a lab 😆)
I built it for the version of you who might:
freeze
overthink
miss a day
feel embarrassed
avoid the check-in
start negotiating
turn one small step into a referendum on your entire identity
The whole point is to learn how to come back when these patterns show up.
This is why the Procrastination Challenge isn’t a streak.
If you miss a day, you don’t start over.
If you fall behind, you don’t need to catch up with a shame marathon.
If your brain freezes, you ask for help shrinking the step.
If the task feels too big, we make it smaller.
If you disappear for a bit, you come back to the next small step.
That is the skill.
Not perfect consistency. Returning.
As someone with ADHD, I also built this with neurodivergent brains in mind.
Because most productivity advice assumes a brain that starts on command, remembers everything, has stable energy, and responds beautifully to the phrase “just be consistent.”
Mine doesn’t. Maybe yours doesn’t either.
The challenge starts July 13.
It runs for 5 days inside a private Telegram group.
You’ll get:
daily voice notes from me
simple written prompts
one small step per day
check-ins
a place to ask questions
a place to share wins
direct guidance from me when you get stuck
The price is $47.
After purchasing, you’ll be redirected to a confirmation page with the private group link and everything you need to get ready.
Bring the task you’re afraid you’ll fail at.
We’ll work with that exact pattern.
Excited to see you inside 🙌🏾
