As I'm starting to rant my usual chibberish, Bitcoin is at $63.5K, a full thousand above the $62,200 line in the sand, and Sunday’s weekly close came and went without drama.
So far, we’re looking VERY good considering we’re already in the second half of August, historically the ugly half of the ugly month. Gut, gut, continue like this pls BTC.
The levels behind that $62,200 call are very well explained here by Krown. I check his work daily, and this segment is the cleanest level-by-level walkthrough you’ll find.
The macro keeps helping quietly. A September hike is priced near 25% and falling, the S&P just logged its third straight weekly gain, and gold at $4,400 is now a bigger slice of central-bank reserves than US Treasuries, a regime that quietly flipped at the end of last year. Let that sink in while everyone argues about one Fed meeting.
The crypto tape has both sides. Bitcoin ETFs bled $389.7 million last week, the biggest weekly outflow in six weeks, but Solana and HYPE wrappers took INFLOWS the same week. Money is rotating inside crypto, not leaving it.
Meanwhile, BTC has never spent this long below the Rainbow chart’s Fire Sale band, weekly volatility has compressed through its first-ever full year under 75%, and the 1-month RHODL just turned up off the bottom, the classic early sign that fresh money is creeping back in. Compression everywhere I look. Quiet like this is stored energy.
And if the breakdown comes anyway? Don’t squeeze your buttholes too much. We probably see something like $59K, and even if it goes lower, it just means we’re moving toward the ultimate bottom. Focus on the upside, not the downside. We’re already DEEP in value territory; the Fire Sale band literally says so.

My own check this morning: the pool is doing $1.83 million in daily volume, a top-5 pool on all of Curve Ethereum, and fxUSD sits in TWO of the top five (the USDnr/fxUSD pool adds another $1.66 million).
It briefly held the #1 spot over the weekend. Lots of trading through f(x) means lots of fees for the LP side, that’s the flywheel working. Still accumulating $FXN, still not fading this team.

Monero at $418 just printed its highest weekly close since late January, breaking out of the $300-420 range it’s been building since February. The catalysts are real: the Cuprate Rust node client and Serai DEX code both shipped August 6, and privacy is rotating as a sector, ZEC and XMR keep leading the same weeks. I’m a ZEC guy first, but when both privacy majors break out together, that’s a narrative, not a coincidence. Do NOT fade privacy season.

Live DeFiLlama says three of the top ten revenue printers have investable tokens (HYPE, PUMP, TRX), not two. The stat that should actually radicalize you: Tether and Circle alone earn $674 million a month, more than the other eight combined. Nuance from the latest Galaxy update: the major exploit waves halted August 6, likely because the vulnerable balances are mostly drained or moved, but ~15 separate attacker footprints were mapped and imitators keep sweeping stragglers.
