Let’s get right into the good stuff you really want to know… in the last 30 days I’ve had 1,839 organic subscribers directly from my notes. And this is the framework I use for them.
Now let me be clear about a few things up front:
Not a single one of my notes has gone viral.
I do not plan a content calendar of notes
I don’t post them every day but I do share 8-10 a week
This is where most of my organic discovery happens.
I genuinely LOVE notes. I think lots of people do and I think it’s what makes Substack feel very special. Like the original Twitter of 2010 had a love child with Pinterest and tumblr. No ads, no videos just words and pictures and a nice place to be.
