I had the misconception that French people were a lot more open to nudity in France. Or at least scantily dressed women. All I heard growing up was that French girls were so cool and topless with hairy armpits, but that tolerance is getting outdated, even at the beach.
Especially here in Paris in the clubbing scene.
I’ve caught security men on the dancefloor staring at women because of how they were dressed, and it’s disgusting.
If it’s not the security, it’s the crowd.
People taking tops off as a performance for applause instead of as a necessity to keep from passing out from the heat of dancing so hard.
As someone who enjoys feeling free to dress however they want on the dance floor, I was so excited to go to an all girls party in Paris.
I was searching for a place where I could dress as I wanted and feel comfortable. This party with La Bringue gave me that opportunity, but unfortunately it wasn’t the vibe I was searching for to party.
Even though it wasn’t for me, I think other women could LOVE this vibe, and I appreciate that someone created this safe space for women to party.In my latest YouTube video, I tell you all about the collective and the clubbing venue so you can know if it’s worth your time and energy to go.
As for me, I’ll keep searching for safe spaces to dance in a bra (or without one) that doesn’t say “sex party” in the description.

If all else fails, I’ll accept it as my time make more party trips to Berlin.
