Issue #180 | Fake Nando's Wraps, Cool Cardis, A Kylie Deep Dive & Thoughts on Focus

It may feel like a long time ago now, but we had such a lovely few days up at Mum and Dad’s.

We always relax so much more when we’re there. It probably doesn’t hurt that they’re the best hosts ever. From home-cooked food to a beautiful home and stunning gardens, not to mention how much they dote on little Lucy, it’s impossible not to unwind.

It was so nice to simply sit back, relax, and enjoy that fresh country air.

It’s such a contrast to how we live in the city and, as a country girl at heart, I’d be lying if I said I didn’t miss the slower pace of country life sometimes. But back in the big smoke, life’s pretty great too.

This week has been a mix of building UNBEATON, playing with Lucy, getting my runs in, and the everyday hum of normal life.

But enough about me. Let’s get into Issue #180 of The List.
