I have shared this banana bread recipe so many times over the years that I’ve lost count.
I still get tagged in your banana breads. I still get DMs asking me for the recipe. Every time I share myself making it again, someone tells me they’ve been making it since the first time I posted it.
Thousands of you have made it by now! So I thought it deserves a permanent home on the internet.
I love baking, but I’m a lazy and messy baker. Which means this is a one-bowl, very forgiving, use-what-you-have kind of recipe. I rarely measure everything perfectly. I regularly discover halfway through that I don’t have enough flour. I mix flours. I eyeball the cinnamon. I forget the vanilla.
It always works out.
And after making it approximately a million times, I basically have three versions.
This is the one I make most often.

2 large ripe bananas, or 3 smaller ones (plus an extra optional one for decorating the top)

100g olive oil
60g coconut sugar
45g yogurt
