Today let’s decode a meta-analysis published in Frontiers in Cardiovascular Medicine in January 2026 that did something nobody had done before: pooled all available observational data on autonomic dysfunction in Long COVID into a single, properly methodologically rigorous global prevalence estimate. The numbers it produced are striking enough that they deserve a dedicated piece rather than a passing mention.
