Drink your retinol.
Well...not exactly. What we're really drinking is beta-carotene—the plant pigment that gives carrots their vibrant color and that your body converts into vitamin A. This creamy carrot drink is packed with healthy fats, and polyphenols—ingredients that help support healthy skin from the inside out. It's naturally sweet, incredibly satisfying, and honestly tastes like sunshine in a glass.
2 cups Organic Carrots, chopped
⅓ cup Raw Cashews
2 cups Water (for cooking)
2 cups Filtered Water
Pinch of Flaky Sea Salt
2 tbs Pure Maple Syrup
1 tbs Morning Elixir
Zest of ½ Lemon
Add the carrots, cashews, and 2 cups of water to a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the carrots are fork tender.
Drain and rinse under cold water.
Transfer to a blender with the filtered water, sea salt, maple syrup, Morning Elixir, and lemon zest.
Blend until completely smooth.
Strain if desired for an extra silky texture.
Serve chilled.
Carrots
Rich in beta-carotene, which your body converts into vitamin A to help support healthy skin and normal vision. Regular carrot intake can also contribute to a subtle golden-orange skin tone in some people due to carotenoid deposition.
Raw Cashews
Provide healthy fats that help create a rich, creamy texture while supporting the absorption of fat-soluble nutrients like beta-carotene.
Maple Syrup
Adds natural sweetness along with small amounts of antioxidant polyphenols.
Morning Elixir
Contributes additional plant compounds and antioxidants, depending on your blend.
Lemon Zest
Adds bright citrus flavor and contains aromatic oils and flavonoids.
