I had some time to kill after lunch with friends but before picking up the wife. I found this little corner shop in a strip mall that had a decent crowd. The people were very friendly and they had a good selection of stuff.
I ordered an iced mocha with oat milk and sat outside to read and work on my notebook/journal. The mocha was a good balance of chocolate and espresso flavors. My expectations were low because little strip mall places like this usually aren't great, but I would go back here easily. Plus, they had a whole wall of photos of their dog customers!
