I love cooking, obviously, and even though I made the bolognese weeks ago (thank you, deli containers), I threw together the pasta and the béchamel yesterday afternoon. It all came together in under an hour, and that’s with a long dough-resting break built in. So here we are: my Evan Funke inspired lasagna verde bolognese, brodo and all, and honestly, one of the most satisfying things I’ve made in a while.
Has anyone tried the Oura Ring? It’s on sale, and I’m seriously considering it…
