I’ve learned a lot about being an author in the 2 1/2 years since I launched my first book, From Changing Diapers to Changing the World”, but I wasn’t ready for this surprise: Advocacy Made Easy became a Kindle Best Seller in three categories on Amazon before the launch?! The Kindle release happened early in a “technical launch” to make sure everything works behind the scenes before the main event, so it was sitting out there on its own for days. I’ve simplified advocacy into seven easy-to-follow actions. From mastering basic methods of communicating with elected officials to leading highly influential lobby meetings, every chapter gives readers tools to make an impact.
