Well, at least in the summertime the forest is more alive. In wintertime you can for sure feel and experience the silence and calmness. The snow gives the forest such clean and colorless look. I often use black & white for winter photos from the forest, since there aren’t much color at all on gray and cloudy days.

Springtime gives the leaves such a beautiful green color and the light is back again with more intensity creating more shadows to work with. All seasons have different mood to them. Autumn with all its warm yellow/orange/red colors of the leaves is another topic I will cover later.
