How long before we get a new saying that lasts for centuries, something like, “He really Fauci’d things up.”

It appears there are two different groups competing to be Iran’s “leadership.” One group wants to negotiate a deal. The other group wants to continue the effort to destroy anything to do with the US and Israel. The question is if these two groups are coordinating behind the scenes or truly represent an internal battle for Iran’s leadership.
