As an Anti-Globalist I have been against both Legal and Illegal Immigration for the last 50 years. It is not that I dislike foreigners for the most part. It is largely because Mass Migration diminishes the wages of legal citizens, burdens our schools and hospitals and drives up the cost of housing, among other reasons. And the UN’s Mass Immigration agenda was fully intended to destabilized most 1st World Nations with Muslims and other groups that have no intention of assimilating to the laws and cultural mores of their adopted host countries. This is exactly what George Washington warned about when he said he only wanted virtuous immigrants: those that would assimilate to the laws and cultural mores of the United States. Instead the UN has pushed millions of fighting age males, into First World Countries, that have absolutely no intention of assimilating into their host countries. The goal is to create social division and civil unrest. And because we have allowed this to happen Great Britain, France and other 1st World Nations are on the verge of civil war. I have addressed this, in great detail, in my series of essays that got me permanently banned from both Facebook and X.

The Globalist Democrats support Mass Immigration because it could usher in a Democratic super majority that could well mute Republican power for decades. By allowing tens of millions of Illegal Immigrants the Census would shift the Electoral College in favor of Democrat states, making it far easier for them to win future presidential elections. And that would occur even if no Illegal Aliens were able to vote. If Illegal Aliens were eventually allowed to vote, through Amnesty, it would be game over for the Republicans and the American People. That also explains why they are adamantly opposed to the SAVE Act and restricting Birthright Citizenship to only children of American Citizens. They ultimately want Illegal Aliens to have the right to vote.
Most republicans favor Mass Migration because it will continue to depress wages for Legal Citizens, serving the interests of the Global Corporations that fund their elections. The sad truth is neither party represents the interests of the American People.
And now both parties are pushing the Dignity Act which will essentially grant Amnesty to tens of millions of Illegal Aliens. The Dignity Act currently has 40 Republican and 40 Democrat sponsors. They insist it will not grant amnesty because it will not allow them to vote. Spoiler alert. Salazar, the primary sponsor of the Dignity Act, eventually wants them to be allowed to vote. She said so in a video clip that is being kept hidden from the American People by Globalist Corporate Media.
I’m quite sure Republican Congresswoman Maria Salazar is hoping no one sees this video clip:

I don’t know about you but Salazar, Lawler -- and everyone that supports the Dignity Act -- are committing an act of treason against the American People. For many years Globalist Corporate Media has insisted that the “Great Replacement” was just a conspiracy. Today it is crystal clear that the Great Replacement -- replacing indigenous citizens with Illegal Aliens -- has been a policy supported by the UN, Corporate interests and both the Democrat and Republican parties.
As we all know the United States has 3 branches of government: the executive, judicial and legislative. And as I will explain all 3 Branches of US Government are Selling Out the American People with Amnesty for Illegal Aliens and other globalist policies. This despite the fact that the vast majority of Americans support mass deportations and are opposed to Amnesty.
Let us not forget that Trump won the 2024 elections primarily because he promised mass deportations after the Biden Administration allowed 20-25 million Illegal Aliens to invade our country. And I do credit Trump with shutting down the Southern Border within weeks of his second administration. But 15 months into the Trump administration he seems to be back tracking on his promise to stop more immigration.

President Donald Trump has said his administration is working on legislation to allow undocumented migrants in industries such as agriculture and hospitality to remain in the United States. Trump said on Thursday that the “radical right” would not be happy with the move, but added that “they’ll understand.” “We’re working on legislation right now where – farmers, look, they know better. They work with them for years. You had cases where…people have worked for a farm, on a farm for 14, 15 years and they get thrown out pretty viciously and we can’t do it. We gotta work with the farmers, and people that have hotels and leisure properties too,” he said at the Iowa State Fairgrounds in Des Moines on Thursday. “We’re gonna work with them and we’re gonna work very strong and smart, and we’re gonna put you in charge. We’re gonna make you responsible and I think that that’s going to make a lot of people happy. Now, serious radical right people, who I also happen to like a lot, they may not be quite as happy but they’ll understand. Won’t they? Do you think so?” President Donald Trump speaks at a rally at the Iowa State Fairgrounds, Thursday, July 3, 2025, in Des Moines, Iowa. Trump’s comments come after he directed Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in June to suspend raids on farms, restaurants and hotels after business leaders raised concerns that the enforcement operations were depriving them of essential workers. However the administration has gone back and forth on the decision, resuming workplace raids.

On September 19, 2025 Trump did issue an executive order to restrict foreign H1-B workers by requiring a $100,000 fee to companies hiring foreign tech workers. But is only in effect for one year.
=====
The H-1B nonimmigrant visa program was created to bring temporary workers into the United States to perform additive, high-skilled functions, but it has been deliberately exploited to replace, rather than supplement, American workers with lower-paid, lower-skilled labor. The large-scale replacement of American workers through systemic abuse of the program has undermined both our economic and national security. Some employers, using practices now widely adopted by entire sectors, have abused the H-1B statute and its regulations to artificially suppress wages, resulting in a disadvantageous labor market for American citizens, while at the same time making it more difficult to attract and retain the highest skilled subset of temporary workers, with the largest impact seen in critical science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) fields.

But Rosemary Jenks says Trumps H1-B restrictions do not go far enough as H1-B students, currently in the US, can avoid the $100,000 fee. And since it is only in effect for a year it will not result in American tech workers getting any more tech jobs. According to Jenks Trump or Congress need to shut down the Optional Practical Training (OPT) program so these foreign students would have to leave immediately after completing their degrees in the US.
=====
The pipeline from OPT foreign student to H1B is still wide open and needs to be shut down. And Congress needs to shut it down. The president could end OPT today if he wanted to. It needs to be shut down because these are American jobs and they’re being taken away from American workers and the numbers are not going down because we have so many foreigners in our country so that they can apply for these visas from within the United States and avoid the fee.

In the United States, Optional Practical Training (OPT) is a period during which undergraduate and graduate students with F-1 status who have completed or have been pursuing their degrees for one academic year are permitted by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to work for one year on a student visa towards getting practical training to complement their education. Foreign students currently enrolled at a U.S. university can receive full-time or part-time work authorization through Curricular Practical Training. In 2022, there were 171,635 OPT employment authorizations.[1] In 2021, there were 115,651 new non-STEM OPT authorizations, a 105% increase from a decade ago.

U.S. Supreme Court Oral Argument on Trump Restricting Birthright Citizenship (04/01/2026)
=====
For decades China, and other countries, have been running operations to birth babies in the US so they can be granted full citizenship under the 14th Amendment. The true intent of the 14th Amendment was really to grant slaves citizenship after the Civil War. It was never intended to give full citizenship to Illegal Aliens who “pooped out a baby” while on US soil. And there are only 30 or 192 nations stupid enough to allow birthright citizenship. Unfortunately the US is one of those 30 countries.
According to Google AI around 300,000 Anchor Babies are born in the US each year and the grand total is probably around 7 million today. There were about 5 million U.S.-born children younger than 18 were living with at least one unauthorized immigrant parent in 2016.
=====
Approximately 250,000 to 300,000 babies are born annually to unauthorized immigrant parents in the U.S.. While estimates vary, analysis suggests that since 2000, millions of such children have been born, with studies indicating around 4.5 to 5 million U.S.-born children under 18 were living with unauthorized parents in 2016.
Key Data Trends on Births to Unauthorized Immigrants:
* Peak and Decline: Births to unauthorized immigrants peaked around 2007 (roughly 370,000–390,000) and have since declined.
* Recent Data: By 2016, the number fell to approximately 250,000 annually, representing roughly 7% to 9% of all U.S. births.
* Total Population: A 2018 Pew Research Center analysis found about 5 million U.S.-born children younger than 18 were living with at least one unauthorized immigrant parent in 2016.
“Anchor baby” is a colloquial term for a child born in the US to non-citizen parents, granting them automatic birthright citizenship. While the term is often used in political discourse, official Census or government data typically refers to this population as “children of unauthorized immigrants”.
Data for the number of births to unauthorized immigrants and temporary visa holders varies depending on the source. According to this article by the Center for Immigration Studies, there were an estimated 225,000 to 250,000 births to illegal immigrants in 2023

Sadly Constitutional Scholar Jonathan Turley predicts the Supreme Court will not rule that only babies born to legal citizens should receive Birthright Citizenship. Their inaction will have severe consequences when hundreds of thousands of anchor babies are granted the right to vote or when hundreds of thousands of foreign terrorists are allowed into the United States with full citizenship. Call it Suicidal Empathy or Supreme Court insanity. Either way, if the Supreme Court does not stop birthright citizenship, they are putting our republic in peril.

“Well, it’s a new world. It’s the same Constitution.”
Those words from Chief Justice John Roberts during this week’s oral arguments signaled that the conservative justices are unlikely to reject birthright citizenship. Of course, nothing is certain until this summer when the Court issues its opinion in Trump v. Barbara. However, we need to consider the need for a 28th Amendment to reaffirm the meaning of citizenship. As some of us stressed before the oral argument, the odds were against the administration prevailing in the case, given more than a century of countervailing precedent. There are good-faith arguments against reading the 14th Amendment as supporting citizenship for any child born in this country. It is doubtful that the drafters of the 14th Amendment could have envisioned millions of births to illegal aliens. They surely did not imagine foreigners coming to this country for the purpose of giving birth — or even, without ever entering the U.S., contracting multiple U.S. residents to carry babies to term for them as surrogates. The historical record is highly conflicted. Some drafters expressly denied that they intended for birthright citizenship to be covered by the 14th Amendment. The rampant abuse in this country and the widespread rejection of birthright citizenship by other countries (including some that once followed it) did not seem to impress the conservative justices. Roberts’s statement was in response to Solicitor General John Sauer’s argument that “We’re in a new world now … where eight billion people are one plane ride away from having a child who’s a U.S. citizen.”

Here are two articles explaining the Dignity Act:
=====
The “Dignity for Immigrants while Guarding our Nation to Ignite and Deliver the American Dream Act”, or DIGNIDAD Act or the Dignity Act, is a bill introduced in the United States House of Representatives during the 118th and 119th Congresses.[1] The bill aims to reform the American immigration system. Originally introduced on May 23, 2023, as H.R. 3599 by Republican Congresswoman María Elvira Salazar, the legislation was reintroduced in 2025, as H.R. 4393 in the 119th Congress.

=====
=====
This Dignity Bill in Congress is HORRIFIC... And Republicans are behind it.
=====
And here is a great summary of why those in favor of mass deportations and secure borders are against the dignity act:
=====
Those in favor of mass deportations and strict immigration enforcement—primarily MAGA-aligned conservatives and hard-line immigration reformers—generally oppose the Dignity Act (or Dignidad Act), spearheaded by Rep. Maria Salazar, because they view it as a form of “mass amnesty” that rewards unlawful behavior and undermines the rule of law.
While supporters of the Dignity Act frame it as a realistic “enforcement-first” solution that provides a legal pathway for long-term undocumented residents, opponents see it as a betrayal of promises to remove undocumented individuals.
Here are the primary reasons why proponents of mass deportation oppose the Dignity Act:
* Viewed as “Mass Amnesty”: Critics argue that allowing undocumented immigrants to stay, work legally, and gain legal status—even without a direct path to citizenship—is equivalent to amnesty. They believe that any legalization program for people who entered illegally is unacceptable.
* Contradicts Promise of Removal: Those advocating for mass deportations argue the 2024 election cycle represented a mandate to remove undocumented immigrants, and the Dignity Act undermines that mandate by providing a way for millions to stay.
* “Skipping the Line”: Opponents believe the act allows people who broke the law to bypass those waiting to enter the U.S. legally, thus creating unfairness and potentially encouraging future immigration surges.
* Legalization over Deportation: The Dignity Act creates a “Dignity Program” that allows illegal immigrants to live and work in the U.S. legally for 7 years (and likely beyond) upon paying fines and background checks. Opponents prefer that these individuals be deported rather than legalized.
* “Twilight Status” Concerns: Some hardliners dislike that the bill creates a “two-tiered” system where millions of people are in a “twilight legal status”—neither deported nor full citizens—which they argue does not truly resolve the issue of illegal immigration.
* Incentivizing Future Illegal Immigration: Critics contend that offering legal status to people currently in the U.S. acts as a magnet, encouraging more illegal border crossings in the future.
Key Differences in Perspective:
* Dignity Act Supporters: Emphasize that the bill is “enforcement-first,” requiring $7,000 in restitution, back taxes, and passing criminal checks, while also funding border security and providing a labor force.
* Mass Deportation Proponents: Argue that the only acceptable outcome is removal, regardless of how long an individual has been in the country, viewing any legal status as a failure of immigration law.
Despite these criticisms, the Dignity Act has gained bipartisan support, including some Republicans who see it as a necessary economic and social solution for the millions of undocumented workers in the U.S. agriculture, construction, and hospitality industries.

The SAVE ACT requires proof of citizenship and ID verification in order to vote. Just like ending Birthright Citizenship the SAVE ACT is supported by over 80% of all Americans but will probably not pass because Senator Thune won’t take the necessary initiative to pass it. If we actually had a truly representative government the SAVE ACT would pass because 80% of the American People support it. In his recent remarks on the Senate floor Thune points out that, while democrats say they are for Voter ID, not a single Democrat would vote for the SAVE ACT. Obviously the Democrats are hoping to sway future elections by incentivizing Illegal Immigrants to vote. That is the real and obvious reason they won’t support the SAVE ACT.

=====
Here is a summary of the SAVE Act:
=====
The Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act, also known as the SAVE Act or SAVE America Act, is a proposed United States law that would require “documentary proof of United States citizenship” to register to vote in federal elections
Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Safeguard_American_Voter_Eligibility_Act
=====
Personally, as a Systems Analyst, I would introduce further measures. First I would run all state voter registries against Federal Databases to remove all Illegal Aliens, ineligible voters and dead people from the rolls. Some might argue this goes against the 18th Amendment which allows each state to control their voter rolls. But once again 80% of the American people want clean voter rolls. The second thing I would do is insist on paper ballots only. Electronic voting machines have been proven to be hackable and therefore diminish the reliability of the vote.
And I don’t buy into Thune’s claim that we don’t have the votes. The problem has been getting the SAVE ACT out of committee for an actual vote. Once it is up for a vote we have 53 Republican Senators and only 51 votes are required for it to pass. There are a number of strategies that could result in passage including the Nuclear Option and the “Talking Filibuster.”
=====
Ending the filibuster would allow the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act to pass the Senate with a simple majority of 51 votes, rather than the 60-vote threshold currently required to “shut off” debate.
As of April 2026, the Republican-led Senate holds 53 seats but has been unable to advance the bill because Democrats have used the filibuster to block a final vote. Supporters have proposed two main ways to circumvent this obstacle:
1. The “Nuclear Option” (Rule Change)
By using a partisan vote to establish a new Senate precedent (scrapping the filibuster), Republicans could permanently lower the requirement for advancing legislation to 51 votes.
Current Status: Senate Majority Leader John Thune has stated there are “not even close” to enough votes within the GOP to take this extreme step, as some members worry it would backfire when they are in the minority.
2. The “Talking Filibuster”
Instead of ending the filibuster entirely, some senators, like Mike Lee (R-UT), have proposed a return to the “talking filibuster”.
How it Works: Under Senate Rule XIX, each senator is limited to two speeches per “legislative day” on a pending bill.
The Strategy: If Republicans keep the Senate in continuous session (preventing a new legislative day), they could theoretically exhaust the minority party’s ability to speak. Once all 47 Democrats have used their two-speech allotment, the presiding officer could call for a final vote on the SAVE Act, which would then pass with a simple majority.
Context of the SAVE Act
The SAVE Act would require individuals to provide documentary proof of U.S. citizenship (such as a passport or birth certificate) to register for federal elections. While supporters argue it is necessary for election integrity, opponents like the Brennan Center for Justice and the Legal Defense Fund argue it could disenfranchise millions of eligible citizens who lack ready access to such documents.
Google AI [how getting rid of the filibuster could get the save act up for a vote in the senate]
=====
Regarding the Nuclear Option. Thune is gaslighting us by saying we don’t have the votes. The Nuclear Option has been implemented many times by both parties.
=====
In the United States Senate, the nuclear option is a legislative procedure that allows the Senate to override a standing rule by a simple majority, avoiding the three-fifths supermajority,[1] which is normally required to invoke cloture on a measure. The term “nuclear option” is an analogy to nuclear weapons being the most extreme option in warfare. The use of the nuclear option to abolish the 60-vote threshold for cloture on legislation has been proposed but not successfully effected.
The nuclear option can be invoked by a senator raising a point of order that contravenes a standing rule. The presiding officer would then overrule the point of order based on Senate rules and precedents; this ruling would then be appealed and overturned by a simple majority vote (or a tie vote), establishing a new precedent. The nuclear option is made possible by the principle in Senate procedure that appeals from rulings of the chair on points of order relating to nondebatable questions are themselves nondebatable.[2]: 725 The nuclear option is most often discussed in connection with the filibuster. Since cloture is a nondebatable question, an appeal in relation to cloture is decided without debate. This obviates the usual requirement for a two-thirds majority to invoke cloture on a resolution amending the Standing Rules of the United States Senate.
The nuclear option was invoked on November 21, 2013, when a Democratic majority led by Harry Reid used the procedure to reduce the cloture threshold for nominations, other than nominations to the U.S. Supreme Court, to a simple majority.[3] On April 6, 2017, the nuclear option was used again, this time by a Republican majority led by Mitch McConnell, to extend that precedent to Supreme Court nominations, in order to enable cloture to be invoked on the nomination of Neil Gorsuch by a simple majority.
Nuclear option, Wiki
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nuclear_option
=====
Some Republicans oppose using the “nuclear option” to pass the SAVE Act because they fear breaking the 60-vote filibuster rule will empower Democrats to pass progressive legislation when they next control the Senate. Again I don’t buy this argument. Just because the republicans don’t have the balls to do it does not mean a Democrat majority -- after winning the 2025 Midterms -- would not do it in a New York second. And ironically passing the SAVE ACT might prevent the Democrats from winning the midterms by continuing to allow electronic voter fraud and votes from Illegal Immigrants. Once again we are being gaslit.
And the “Talking Filibuster” is worth pursuing even if it doesn’t succeed. It will expose the hypocrisy of the Democrats as they spend two weeks explaining why they won’t pass legislation supported by 80% of the American People. Good luck with that. Nope I think Thune and his globalist republicans are really afraid that the SAVE ACT might lead to massive deportations when we finally decide to use government databases to remove all the Illegal Aliens working for US Corporations which would lead to higher wages for Legal Citizens. The republicans have long been beholden to US Corporations that support Illegal Immigration to provided cheap labor at the expense of Legal Citizens. God forbid we support the American Worker.
The push to add the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act—often referred to as the SAVE America Act—to must-pass legislation is primarily driven by Congressional Republicans, President Donald Trump, and various conservative activist groups.
These groups are looking to attach the bill, which requires proof of U.S. citizenship to register to vote in federal elections, to upcoming legislation like a continuing budget resolution or the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) to force its passage.
When 80% of the American People support the SAVE ACT, and it doesn’t pass, it just illustrates that we have a representative democracy in name only. That means what we really have is a Corporate Plutocracy which only represents the elites. And if we don’t pass it chances are the Democrats will win the Midterms and Trump will be a lame duck president for the last half of his second term.
So we have 4 strategies to pass the SAVE ACT. The Senate has not moved on any of them. Why? Perhaps because the Republicans also favor cheap labor and requiring a photo ID and proof of citizenship might just interfere with that goal.

Kennedy on The Story: Let’s give the SAVE America Act a shot through a reconciliation bill (03/19/2026)
=====
This bill only pertains to California. But don’t be surprised if the Democrats use it as a “Boiler Plate” template for legislation in Minnesota and other states where fraud is rampant.
Here’s the bill:
=====
AB-2624 Privacy for immigration support services providers
https://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/billTextClient.xhtml?bill_id=202520260AB2624
=====
And here is some background regarding the bill:
=====
California’s Assembly Privacy and Consumer Protection Committee voted 11-2 on April 7 to advance a bill that would let employees and volunteers at immigration service organizations demand the deletion of their images and personal information from the internet, backed by civil penalties starting at $4,000 and the threat of criminal charges.
AB 2624, authored by Assemblywoman Mia Bonta, is already being called the “Stop Nick Shirley Act.”
The bill arrives just weeks after investigative video creator Nick Shirley published a 40-minute video on alleged hospice fraud in California that racked up 42 million views on X.
Other investigations have found that a single program is causing the state to lose an alleged $6 billion in fraud annually. Shirley had already reported on over $110 million in Somali daycare fraud in Minnesota in December 2025, with empty facilities billing taxpayers while kids were nowhere to be found.
His California reporting uncovered an alleged $170 million in similar fraud in daycares and hospices, with ghost operations registered to empty lots and strip malls. Sacramento’s response to this flood of documented waste and abuse was not an audit, not an investigation into the programs themselves, but a bill to make it harder to film the people running them.
Under AB 2624, anyone affiliated with an organization providing “designated immigration support services” can send a written demand prohibiting the publication of their personal information or image online.
That demand remains effective for four years, even after the person leaves the organization. If the demand is ignored, the person can go to court for an injunction or declaratory relief.
Fines run up to three times the actual damages, with a floor of $4,000, meaning the minimum penalty triples to $12,000 in cases where a takedown demand is defied. If a journalist or anyone else is accused of posting information with the intent to incite harm, they face criminal charges and fines of $10,000.
The definition of “designated immigration support services” is broad enough to cover almost any organization that touches immigrant communities. The bill defines these services as those provided to the immigrant population, including legal representation, legal assistance, advocacy, case management, humanitarian relief, immigration resources, referrals, translation services, counseling services, and health care. That’s a definition wide enough to include organizations that have been at the center of documented fraud investigations, and to give them a legal tool to suppress the documentation.
The bill also creates an address confidentiality program modeled on California’s existing Safe at Home program for domestic violence survivors.
Bonta defended this at the committee hearing, saying the program “allows participants to keep their home and work addresses out of public records, giving them a critical layer of protection and privacy in an environment where their personal safety is increasingly at risk.” She told the committee that “individuals who provide immigrant support services … are facing targeted harassment” and that “advocates and workers are receiving death threats, being targeted at court houses and facing coordinated online doxxing campaigns.”
There’s a problem with framing the bill as a safety measure, though, and it’s built right into the text. The “reasonable fear” standard required to trigger these protections is defined and enforced by the person claiming the fear, not by a court, not by law enforcement.
Any employee or volunteer at a qualifying organization can send a written demand to suppress publication. They don’t need to prove a threat was made. They don’t need to file a police report. They need to cite a “reasonable fear” and put it in writing. The demand is valid for four years. And the mechanism for enforcing it is a lawsuit against whoever published the information.
What’s missing from the bill is just as telling as what’s in it. There is no exemption for journalists. Assemblymember Carl DeMaio raised this directly during the committee hearing, telling Bonta, “You do not provide an exemption for journalists.”
California’s “Stop Nick Shirley Act” Would Penalize Journalism (04/15/2026)
The First Amendment was designed to prevent exactly this; a law that punishes speech before any court decides whether it was harmful.

Governor Newsom has funneled nearly 1 billion dollars to import nearly 400,000 Illegal Aliens into California. Newsom is basically stealing 1 billion dollars, from Legal Taxpayers, in order to facilitate the Illegal Alien invasion. This is treason in my view. When will the people of California rise up?

California Governor Gavin Newsom has quietly funneled roughly $1 billion into importing an estimated 400,000 migrants from impoverished nations, bolstering both the state’s Democratic political machine and an economy increasingly dependent on low-wage labor, according to data compiled by the Manhattan Institute.
As reported by Breitbart, the scale and structure of this spending reveal a deliberate strategy to entrench progressive power under the guise of humanitarian aid. “Since Newsom took office, California has granted massive contracts for migrant-related services: more than $250 million to Catholic Charities; $85 million to Jewish Family Services; $12 million to Centro Legal de la Raza; $23 million to the Immigration Institute of the Bay Area; and more,” according to an article by Christopher Rufe in City Journal. These state outlays come on top of California’s share of the enormous federal funding stream unleashed by President Joe Biden’s pro-migration Department of Homeland Security, led by Alejandro Mayorkas.
The state’s Democratic leadership has also directed $110 million to the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights Los Angeles (CHIRLA), a powerful Latino activist organization that functions as a political engine in its own right. CHIRLA can be described as a one-stop activist machine, with the ability to produce propaganda, engage in legal action, and — most importantly — get people into the streets. The group coordinates the L.A. Rapid Response Network, which tracks ICE raids and takes “direct action to shut down detention centers.” During the wave of protests in L.A., CHIRLA activists agitated on social media, led a street protest, and called for a “Summer of Resistance.”

AB 2624 making headlines recently as the “Ban Nick Shirley” Act, is being presented in Sacramento as a targeted protection measure, framed as a necessary response to threats against immigration service providers. The language is deliberate and controlled, built around the concept of safety in a way that discourages deeper examination. Outside the Capitol, that framing is being challenged in real time, not through formal opposition alone but through a rapidly evolving public narrative that has taken on a life of its own.
Across social media and independent reporting circles, the bill has been rebranded by critics as a ban on independent journalists, specifically those exposing government-funded fraud. That label did not originate from lawmakers or legislative analysis, but from a growing perception that the bill could have the practical effect of limiting on-the-ground documentation and investigative exposure. The speed at which that framing spread reflects a broader distrust of institutional messaging, particularly when legislation intersects with areas already under scrutiny.
At the center of that scrutiny is the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights, an organization that has become deeply embedded in the infrastructure surrounding immigration policy. CHIRLA’s role extends beyond advocacy into operational and logistical domains supported by public funding. It participates in a system that has expanded significantly in recent years, both in scale and in complexity.

Former President Joe Biden’s administration oversaw an unprecedented wave of migration across the southwestern border of the United States. Migrants convoyed in “caravans” in hopes of overwhelming border authorities. Cartels trafficked drugs and people in droves. At some points, American authorities estimated that more than 130,000 people were crossing into the U.S. each month; arrivals came not just from Latin America but every corner of the earth.
At the height of this drama, some border states sought to stop the wave of illegal immigration on their own. Texas dispatched thousands of National Guard soldiers and spun razor-wire barriers across the desert. Arizona sent construction cranes to stack hundreds of shipping containers into a makeshift border wall near Yuma. Then-Arizona Governor Doug Ducey called it a “border crisis.” Texas Governor Greg Abbott called it an “invasion.”
California, on the other hand, welcomed the flood. In this City Journal investigation, we have traced the money and can reveal that Governor Gavin Newsom has granted approximately $1 billion to an army of nonprofits that has encouraged unchecked numbers of migrants to enter the country, fought deportation orders in the courts, and led street protests against ICE. These groups often operate under the guise of “humanitarianism” or “immigration justice,” but many, as we have uncovered, are in fact left-wing activist groups that use propaganda, lawfare, and street protests to transform America’s demographics and build political power for California Democrats—all on the public dime...
CHIRLA can be described as a one-stop activist machine, with the ability to produce propaganda, engage in legal action, and—most importantly—get people into the streets. The group coordinates the L.A. Rapid Response Network, which tracks ICE raids and takes “direct action to shut down detention centers.” During the wave of protests in L.A., CHIRLA activists agitated on social media, led a street protest, and called for a “Summer of Resistance.”
At the height of the unrest, CHIRLA’s executive director, Angelica Salas, spoke at a street protest, telling crowds that ICE agents were conducting a “militarized siege” against illegal migrants. “We are going to stop Trump’s terror campaign against our community,” Salas said. “We will not stop marching. We will not stop fighting.”
Congress took notice. The House Judiciary Committee launched an investigation to determine whether CHIRLA was using public funds to “support violent criminal activity that impedes the enforcement of federal immigration law.” Senator Josh Hawley accused the group of “bankrolling civil unrest” and threatened a criminal investigation. CHIRLA denied Hawley’s accusations, claiming that its protest tactics are “rooted in non-violent advocacy, community safety, and democratic values.” (In response to our comment request, the group suggested that City Journal was trying to “weaponize government power and intimidate advocates like CHIRLA.”)
How Gavin Newsom Subsidized the Migrant Invasion
The California governor has spent nearly $1 billion on nonprofits that want, among other things, to dismantle the border, “abolish ICE,” and help immigrants “living with HIV.”

Here’s the fundamental deal a government is supposed to make with its people. You follow the laws, pay your taxes—a lot of them, in some places—and in return, the government promises to keep you safe and spend your money wisely. It’s a simple arrangement, the bedrock of any functioning society.
But in some corners of America, that deal has been thrown out the window. It’s been replaced with a bizarre, upside-down new logic where the people who play by the rules are ignored, and those who break them are put at the front of the line. This isn’t just a policy debate; it’s a profound betrayal that starts in a governor’s mansion and ends in the heartbreak of an American family.
California Angel Mom Agnes Gibboney, who lost her son in an illegal alien-involved shooting, is blasting Gov. Gavin Newsom and state Democrats over a proposed bill that would use taxpayer dollars to fund legal defense for immigrants facing deportation. She urged voters to “stop this insanity.”…
“My son was murdered,” she said. “Not one politician has ever contacted me. Not one politician said, ‘I’m so sorry that this previously deported criminal [illegal alien] shot and killed your son.’ Not one of them.”
That gut-wrenching statement comes from Agnes Gibboney, a California Angel Mom. Her son, Ronald da Silva, was murdered by an illegal alien gang member who should never have been in the country. While California’s leaders have offered her nothing but silence, they’re now cooking up a plan to give her son’s killer’s allies something incredible: a free lawyer, paid for by you.

As you know independent journalist Nick Shirley has uncovered billions in fraud in both California and Minnesota. And the other week California Attorney General Rob Bonta held a press conference bringing attention to about 500 million in hospice fraud. Then a day later his wife Mia Bonta introduces legislation that would actually criminalize journalists that try to uncover fraud. You can’t make this up.

=====
It is becoming clearer by the day that the Democrats are implicated in major fraud schemes, throughout the US, involving government programs such as hospice, learning centers etc. We cannot allow them to get away with this. It turns out that over the past 5 years such schemes have resulted in $435 Billion dollars in fraud. That is enough money to fund every school, hospital, and road repair project California claims it can’t afford. This is absolutely treasonous: about a 100 billion in fraud a year. And that is just California.
=====
California is once again making national headlines for all the wrong reasons. Just this week, federal authorities in Los Angeles executed “Operation Never Say Die,” arresting eight people—including hospice owners, nurses, and medical professionals—in a brazen scheme that allegedly bilked Medicare out of more than $50 million. Sham hospice facilities enrolled non-terminal patients, submitted phantom claims, and siphoned desperately needed resources from one of California’s most important programs of compassion. The U.S. Attorney’s Office, led by First Assistant Bill Essayli, called California the “kingdom of fraud.” Vice President JD Vance’s Task Force to Eliminate Fraud deserves enormous credit for driving these arrests. The federal government is showing zero tolerance for the systematic looting of taxpayer dollars, while the California State Controller’s office seems unaware of its own responsibility in this arena. This is just the latest chapter in a much larger story. Last January, I released my estimate of what California had lost to waste, fraud and mismanagement. My initial conservative estimate of fraud, waste, and abuse across state programs—Medi-Cal, unemployment insurance, housing, infrastructure, and more—stood at $250 billion. New data and additional tips have now pushed that figure to $425 billion. That’s not a rounding error. It’s enough money to fund every school, hospital, and road repair project California claims it can’t afford. Yet while the feds are moving swiftly, California’s own law enforcement apparatus has been largely missing in action. State agencies have looked the other way as fraudsters operate with impunity. The pattern is clear: federal prosecutors and investigators are the only ones treating this crisis with the seriousness it demands.

I’ve been an activist since 1972 and an activist/journalist since 1989. And over the past 54 years I can only claim two real victories: Ending the Viet Nam War and Legalizing Cannabis. We were able to end the Viet Nam War largely because it was unpopular and our lives were literally on the line. Unlike today there was conscription: the draft. And we were able to Legalize Cannabis because it was very popular and we were able to gather hundreds of thousands of signatures to get each of our initiatives on state ballots. And Legalizing Cannabis took nearly 30 years to accomplish, requiring hundreds of thousands of petition canvassers. Sadly my efforts to stop the Globalist Agenda -- Open Borders, 5G, Smart Meters, Digital ID, Blockchain, Fed Now, Fake Climate Change, a Cashless Society etc. -- have all failed miserably. And there are many reasons for that.
Perhaps the most important reason is that most of our elected representatives are dependent on campaign contributions from billionaires and corporate elites. They spend nearly 70% of their time fellating these elites for campaign funding in order to stay in office. Most of them are basically prostitutes for the elite. This was made clear in the 2014 study: “Testing Theories of American Politics: Elites, Interest Groups, and Average Citizens” by Gilens and Page.
=====
In 2014, Martin Gilens of Princeton University and Benjamin Page of Northwestern University published a study, “Testing Theories of American Politics: Elites, Interest Groups, and Average Citizens” to analyze different groups’ influence on public policy in the US. This was done through an analysis of over 1,700 surveys between 1981 and 2002 that specified the respondents based on income (as well as the stances of interest groups) and how likely the policy was to be enacted within 4 years.
The graphs (as can be seen below) produced from the study are telling. For average citizens, there is virtually no correlation between the level of support and how likely it is for a policy to be adopted, they’re both roughly around 30%. However, for economic elites and interest groups, it’s a very different story. However, for economic elites and interest groups, it’s a very different story. For both, there is a significant correlation between support for a policy and likeliness it gets adopted (although for economic elites, there is a more similar likelihood for policies with roughly 40% to 60% support while for interest groups, the likelihood skyrockets depending on whether it has slightly more or slightly less support).
Can I ask why everyone forgot this 2014 study showing ordinary Americans have almost no influence on public policy?

This study, by Gilens and Page, basically quantified what is often called Elite Theory: an idea that has been discussed for hundreds of years: power in larger societies, especially nation-states, is concentrated at the top. Basically “money talks and bullshit walks.”
=====
In philosophy, political science and sociology, elite theory is a theory of the state that seeks to describe and explain power relations in society. In its contemporary form in the 21st century, elite theory posits that power in larger societies, especially nation-states, is concentrated at the top in relatively small elites; that power “flows predominantly in a top-down direction from elites to non-elites”; and that “the characteristics and actions of elites are crucial determinants of major political and social outcomes”.

Another important reason that WE THE PEOPLE rarely win is the Globalist Censorship being imposed by the major Social Media Platforms: X, Facebook, YouTube etc. And it is getting worse by the day. I’ve been sharing my essays on Facebook for over 20 years and X for nearly 5 years. But within the span of two months I was permanently suspended from both platforms over my series of essays: The Urgent Need for Global De-Islamification. Obviously I upset some powerful individual or powerful group.
=====
The Urgent Need for Global De-Islamification: Free 460 page series on why Islam is dangerous.
=====
Both platforms accused me of “hate speech” which is unadulterated bullshit. I was most surprised by X because Elon Musk basically agrees with what I wrote in the essays. Meanwhile every day X continues to have dozens of posts saying “Fuck Islam” -- something I’ve never said -- and they remain on the platform. Since I got banned, from Facebook and X, I’ve had dozens of people saying they have been permanently banned as well. And oddly most of them are independent journalists.
A third important reason the WE THE PEOPLE rarely win is because of what I call Globalist Corporate Media (MS NOW, CNN, FOX) whose real purpose is not to inform but rather to distract and pacify their audiences. As Noam Chomsky put it:
Globalist Corporate Media also fixates their audience to parse all issues in terms of party: Democrats Vs Republicans. It would be far more effective to parse all issues in terms of Globalists VS Non-Globalists. The fact of the matter is most of our representatives, Democrat and Republican, support globalist policies that marginalize their constituents. And the push for Open Borders has been on the globalist agenda for decades.
So this essay focused on the Democrats support for Mass Immigration while covering up massive fraud. But let us not forget all the other unadulterated bullshit they support.

“Woke” agendas associated with the Democratic Party, often criticized by opponents, focus on progressive cultural and social issues. Key areas include promoting racial equity, LGBTQ+ rights (including transgender rights), strengthening environmental regulations (Green New Deal), implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and promoting social justice-oriented criminal justice reform.
Key Aspects of “Woke” Agendas
* Gender and Identity: Redefining gender, protecting gender-affirming care for youth, and focusing on LGBTQ+ issues.
* Racial Equity and Social Justice: Implementing critical race theory concepts in education and systemic reforms aimed at addressing historical inequities, often labeled as “woke” by opponents.
* Environmentalism: Pushing for the Green New Deal and climate policies, which some critics argue harms the traditional energy economy.
* Cultural Issues and Speech: Advocating for “politically correct” language and focusing on institutional change to eliminate social privilege.
* Criminal Justice: Pushing for police reform, sometimes associated with the “defund the police” movement, although this is not universally supported within the party.

The 2024 Democratic Party platform contains numerous policy planks that align with the United Nations’ Agenda 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly regarding climate action, economic equality, and social infrastructure. The 2030 Agenda consists of 17 SDGs targeting areas like poverty, health, education, and climate change.
Key Democratic planks that mirror UN Agenda 2030 goals include
1. Climate Change and Environmental Protection (SDG 13, 7, 14, 15)
Net-Zero Emissions: The platform aims for a 100% clean energy economy with net-zero emissions by 2050, aligned with the Paris Agreement and SDG 13 (Climate Action).
Clean Energy Investment: Major investment in renewable energy, including wind and solar, to achieve affordable and clean energy (SDG 7).
Conservation: Commitment to protecting 30% of U.S. lands and waters by 2030 (SDG 14 & 15 - Life Below Water/Land).
Environmental Justice: Focusing on environmental impacts on frontline communities, often referred to as “leave no one behind” in the SDG framework.
2. Economic Growth and Infrastructure (SDG 8, 9, 10)
Infrastructure Investment: The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law supports sustainable, resilient infrastructure (SDG 9), focusing on clean water, public transit, and upgrading the electric grid.
Reducing Inequality: Policies such as strengthening unions, raising the minimum wage, and promoting “middle-out” economic growth directly address SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities) and SDG 8 (Decent Work).
Corporate Accountability: Increasing taxes on corporations and the wealthy to combat economic disparity.
3. Health, Education, and Equality (SDG 3, 4, 5, 1)
Healthcare Access: Protecting and strengthening the Affordable Care Act, Medicaid, and Medicare to ensure health coverage (SDG 3).
Education and Early Learning: Pushing for universal pre-K and affordable childcare to support quality education and gender equality (SDG 4 & 5).
Gender Equality: Supporting the Equal Rights Amendment and reproductive rights (SDG 5).
Ending Poverty: Strengthening the social safety net, including the Child Tax Credit, aimed at reducing poverty (SDG 1).
4. Democratic Governance and International Cooperation (SDG 16, 17)
Voting Rights: Supporting comprehensive legislation to protect voting rights and reduce the influence of money in politics, aligning with SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions).
International Alliances: Rebuilding international partnerships and prioritizing diplomacy in foreign policy (SDG 17 - Partnerships).
The Biden-Harris administration has used these frameworks to align with international goals, using the SDGs to “connect the dots” between health, jobs, and climate resilience.

And let us not forget it was the Democrats that were pushing for the lock downs, the Biden “forced vaccination” program and wearing masks during the Plandemic.
We are in a dangerous place at the moment. And regardless of what you think of Trump it would be a fatal mistake to allow the Democrats to win House/Senate Majorities in the 2026 Mid-term elections. And Trump really does need to do something to address the very real affordability crisis. I’m not going to address this at length here but I think the following idea would win favor with all Americans.
Currently you only pay on the first $176,000 in annual income. By raising the ceiling Trump would make Social Security solvent again and might also allow higher annual cost of living adjustments. It would also make a dent in the unfair polarization of wealth to the very rich.
More on that later. I’ve written enough for one essay.
Finally if you can afford a paid subscription that would be helpful. And my complete writings are available for $50. They cover my 36 years of writing and are more than you could possibly read. Every little bit helps.
