Russian forces released video of the 12 June strike on a van carrying fresh produce in Korabelnyi Raion that was covered in last week’s Situation Report. The civilian van was parked near a local market place when it was struck by a skid-dropped IADM from a Russian Mavic drone at about 4 AM.

On Monday, Russian shelling killed a 66-year-old man and wounded two women (67 & 80) in Korabelnyi Raion, on the west side of Kherson city. Further to the west, shelling also wounded a 70-year-old man in Bilozerka. Even further to the west, a 53-year-old woman was wounded by a Russian drone attack.

In the Shumenskyi area of Korabelnyi Raion, Russian drone attacks wounded ten civilians — a 43-year-old man, eight women (18, 30, 42, 59, 62, 65, 69 & 71) and a 17-year-old teenage girl. Patrol Police released footage of the aftermath of the drone attack on the 17-year-old girl and her mother – the mother can be heard screaming while the teenager is in shock from severe shrapnel wounds to her legs. A Russian drone skid-dropped an IADM on the pair.

To the east of the city, a Russian drone attack wounded a 45-year-old man in Antonivka. On the east side of Kherson city in Dniprovskyi Raion, a 48-year-old woman was wounded by a drone attack and a 68-year-old man ran over a Russian mine and was wounded.

On Tuesday, Russian shelling wounded two civilians: a 61-year-old man from Bilozerka and a 69-year-old man from Dniprovskyi Raion. Drone attacks in Dniprovskyi Raion wounded a 72-year-old woman and a 41-year-old man.

To the northwest of Kherson city, a 41-year-old woman was wounded by a Russian drone strike in Chornobaiivka. On the west side of the city in Korabelnyi Raion, a 55-year-old woman was wounded by another Russian drone strike.

In the Zhytloselyshche are of Korabelnyi Raion, a Russian drone attacked a civilian bus, killing a 25-year-old male passenger and wounding the 64-year-old male bus driver, four passengers, and a 47-year-old male police officer. Among the wounded passengers were two men (38 & 66) and a 75-year-old woman.

More drone attacks in the same area wounded three male utility workers (29, 39 & 55) and two male police officers (22 & 32). A drone attack also wounded a 45-year-old man, who was about to be evacuated by medics, but another drone struck the group, wounding two male medics (51 & 62).

To the west of Kherson a Russian drone attack wounded a 65-year-old woman in Bilozerka and Russian shelling wounded a 64-year-old woman and two men (61 & 65) in Blahovishchenske.

In Korabelnyi Raion, a Russian drone attacked a police car, wounding a 44-year-old police officer. In the same district, a police car with three officers (30, 35 & 39) inside drove over a landmine, wounding all three officers.

On Thursday, Russian military action wounded eight people across Kherson Raion.

Just to the east of the city in the village of Molodizhne, a car hit a Russian landmine, wounding a 56-year-old man and two women (46 & 52).

In the villages to the west of the city, Russian drone attacks wounded a 75-year-old man in Bilozerka and a 58-year-old man in Komyshany. Shelling struck Blahovishchenske, the village between Bilozerka and Komyshany, wounding a 57-year-old man.

On the east side of Kherson city, a 67-year-old man was killed by a Russian drone attack in Dniprovskyi Raion, while on the west side of the city, Russian artillery shelling wounded a 63-year-old woman in Korabelnyi Raion. Russian rocket artillery struck Korabelnyi Raion later in the evening, damaging residential buildings.

Friday was the worst day of the week, with Russian strikes killing one and wounding 24 more civilians – mostly in Korabelnyi Raion.

In Korabelnyi Raion, Russian shelling wounded five civilians: three men (56, 58 & 76) and two women (51 & 56). Russian drone strikes in the district killed a 63-year-old woman and wounded 14 civilians. The 63-year-old woman and another 58-year-old woman were both severely wounded by a Russian drone strike on a public bus stop — the woman later died from her wounds in hospital. Another drone strike on a public bus stop wounded eight civilians: three men (46, 59 & 67) and five women (35, 46, 54, 55 & 61). In both instances, public buses were damaged.

Four more civilians were wounded by Russian drone strikes in Korabelnyi Raion: two men (28 & 61) and two women (24 & 59).

To the northwest of the city, a Russian drone strike in Chornobaiivka wounded a 68-year-old man and 66-year-old woman. In the western villages, Russian shelling wounded a 46-year-old woman in Bilozerka and an 87-year-old man and 54-year-old woman in Komyshany.

To the east of the city along the Inhulets River, a 38-year-old man was wounded in the village of Inhulets by a Russian drone strike.

On Saturday, nine civilians were wounded across Kherson Raion — all from drone strikes.

Inside Kherson’s Korabelnyi Raion, a 60-year-old man was wounded by a Russian drone attack.

20 kilometers to the northwest of Independence Square in Kherson center, Russian forces struck the town of Kyselivka with a drone, wounding two women (55 & 57).

To the northeast of Kherson city in the suburb of Zelenivka, Russian Molniya strikes bombarded the settlement and wounded three civilians — a 66-year-old man and two women (65 & 72).

Over the weekend, four enemy Molniya drones struck residential areas in Zelenivka. The attacks damaged at least six private homes. One of them was severely damaged.

Even further to the northeast, 41 kilometers from Independence Square in Kherson city and 25 kilometers from the Russian-occupied bank, a Russian Molniya strike killed a 41-year-old man and wounded two men (38 & 64).

On Sunday, drone attacks killed a 42-year-old woman in Sofiivka and wounded a 61-year-old man and 68-year-old woman in Dniprovskyi Raion. The 61-year-old man later died on 23 June from the severity of his wounds.

On 21 June, local volunteer Andry Pyetukhov shared footage of cadaver recovery operations in the town of Bilozerka. No recent official reports indicated that the event happened that day — it seems likely that either it went unreported by police and officials or that the footage was from earlier in June. A 63-year-old man in Bilozerka was killed by artillery shelling on 03 June, making it a potential match.

Russian forces hit four civilians this week – all were the result of drone attacks.

On 15 June, a 35-year-old woman was struck by a drone in her own yard and wounded in Novovorontsovka.

On 16 June, Russian drone attacks killed a 49-year-old man in Virivka and wounded a 67-year-old man in Nova Kamyanka.

On 17 June, a 62-year-old man was wounded by a Russian drone strike in Sahaidachne.

Since January 2024, Russian military action in Kherson Oblast has caused at least 7335 civilian casualties. Of the almost 7500 civilian casualties, Russian forces have killed 737 and wounded 6598 in Kherson Oblast. Of those, 6468 are from attacks in Kherson Raion, while 867 are from attacks in Beryslav Raion.

In Kherson Raion, 601 civilians have been killed and 5867 have been wounded. Russian drone attacks have killed 256 and wounded 2873 civilians. Russian shelling has killed 332 and wounded 2875 civilians. Russian landmines and UXO have killed 11 and wounded 104 civilians. Russian Geran and Shahed-style drone attacks have killed 2 and wounded 15 civilians.

In Beryslav Raion, 136 civilians have been killed and 731 have been wounded. Russian drone attacks have killed 93 and wounded 489 civilians. Russian shelling has killed 35 and wounded 156 civilians. Russian landmines and UXO have killed 7 and wounded 79 civilians. Russian Geran and Shahed-style drones have wounded 2 civilians. Other unspecific Russian military actions have resulted in 1 civilian death and 5 wounded civilians in Beryslav Raion.

Human Safari drone attacks have killed 349 people and wounded 3362 more across Kherson Oblast in over two years.
